Pros

Coming from a technical background rather than sales, Agile has been the only system that made sense to me. The reports and dash boarding are extensive and easy to configure and understand.

### "Great CRM -- good addition to Zendesk"

Pros

Great software that allows you to import your own database in very quickly. Also, a lot of relevant information that may not be available in Zendesk. Saves you time.

Cons

It's really hard getting it set up. Keeps asking for a new password all the time. Needs to be a simpler way...took way to long to get started.

Pros

What I really love about AgileCRM is its nice and clean interface. I was always easy to use. The second point is the number of 3rd party services which we use and which are integrated with AgileCRM. This approach made our job much faster so we can focus on other stuff.

Cons

I cannot say what I like least about it. I haven't seen any cons of it.

Pros

I used this platform for some of my side projects and found it very well designed for small businesses. For small IT team it may be the best decision to use. Easy integrated with other software. Support team's work in Agile way

Cons

I could't find any serious cons during my experience of using this software. Maybe I would improve some parts of the interface but that is a minor issue for such kind of software
