Pros

Easy to use CRM that has multiple features. Contact’s timelines show all the interactions making it easy to progress. Automation and Campaigns are easy and work well.

Cons

Customer Service is quite off. Takes a long time of understand the issue and bounces around to a few executives. Interface is quite slow and lags quite a bit.

Exceptional!!

Pros

Agile CRM is an all in one CRM for all our needs. We are into accounting industry and use this tool to manage our contacts and send then Newsletters whenever required. It has the Helpdesk section which will help you answer your customer queries from within the Helpdesk section. You can create a Landing page and Knowledgebase in your Agile account and publish the same using your DNS server to make this accessible to your customers across the globe. They have a very good Support team and their Onboarding sessions help you explore the features of the tool.

Cons

There are no such things that can't be liked in this tool. Everything is useful.

Pros

The software integrates marketing and sales very easily, and users/admins can customize the workflow very easily. We've built an entire inside sale company on the back of AgileCRM.

Cons

The company is growing (not a con to them), and there are some growing pains due to resource issues. But, they are getting it right almost all of the time.

Spent a lot of time setting up base contact database only to learn that contacts cannot share email addresses. THE ENTIRE AgileCRM suite requires Contact to have a unique email address in order to work. Zero notion of households, families, groups which share accounts or emails. Absolutely insane that a "modern" CRM determines uniqueness by email address. Contacted support and their response was to put dummy data into email address and that no other customers complain. Unbelievable response to put garbage data into a CRM as a work around which then negates nearly all the other functionality e.g., Campaigns, Emails, Tracking, etc. What a massive disappointment and waste of time.

Pros

Potentially robust functionality of campaigns, mail, newsletters, etc.

Cons

Very limited functionality if contacts need to share an email address. Poor, borderline arrogant support.

The customer service team is great, but they really need to work on their contact management features, campaign building features etc.

Pros

Building email campaigns is fairly simple

Cons

Features like bulk actions based on contact name / email, selecting unsubscribed contacts from the campaign reports tab etc. are missing.

### "Compact CRM That Works But Room For Improvement"

Pros

Easily managing contacts,campaigns, sales pipeline to spark a conversation with potential leads, engage with them to nurture them for sales. I like the separation of the Marketing and Sales tab because people use the features differently.

Cons

The Google Analytics integration needs work, it still ahs to be linked manually and its a tedious process. The campaign creator can be more elaborated with features. Right now its an exact copy of the one from Mailchimp, it has the essentials but its not unique. I am also missing a feature to send an attachment to various contacts by email, this can only be done in 1-on-1 emails currently.

Fairly good experience in general. I strongly recommend it to ogranizations that are looking for an all-in-one solution, especially if you are 10 or less strong!

Pros

The dashboard is by far the best I've seen out of CRMs of its kind. I've found that CRMs that are free up 'X' amount of users, the dashboard lacks. With AgileCRM I soon discovered that is not the case. Very powerful dashboard. The integration capability is powerful, and easy to set up.

Cons

Given Agile is considerably robust for a CRM of its kind, it will take some time to adopt, but then again if your organization is 10 or less strong, it's free so I see no justification to not invest time into making sure the team know show to use it.

The features I like most Include the ease with which I can add a lead, or have leads add themselves to my AgileCRM through my WordPress site the ability to set up triggers and add my leads to specific campaigns. AgileCRM Is by far the most affordable and most powerful package for small businesses.

Cons

I would like AchieverReady to have two staff members simultaneously access the system. Also, some services to manage the success of email campaigns would be nice.

Pros

Used it majorly for Sales Activities. Great Automation options to follow-up with prospects, user friendly UI. Managing Contacts and Deals is quite easy. Emails reports, along with other reports, is wonderful. The Free version is definitely useful for someone who is just starting-up with enough features to get going. Form Creation is easy as well which can be effortlessly integrated with your website.

Cons

Their support team is slow in understanding issues. There is a clear disconnect between the Deals and the Contacts. Updating a Deal doesn't affect the related contact unless there is an automation in place for the same. The emails sent from AgileCRM, at times, seem to be flagged as spam.

### "Build a complete business automation system, without needing a PHD"

Pros

AgileCRM is one complete platform that you can integrate ALL parts of the business sales funnel. You don't need a PHD to design complicated system architecture and log in and out of 5 different programs to gain a holistic view of leads, lead conversions, sales and follow-up activities. AgileCRM provides an intuitive campaign builder, that provides functionality of CRM system which cost 10x per month. Agile is scalable and allows the initial investment in set-up time/effort and energy to be scaled up to the number of users that are needed to operate the business. So at start-up stage a business can build systems, that can be used when the business grows to a large business

Cons

There is not much not to like. Agile has a few minor bugs, which are on the development road-map, but that is a normal part of SaaS. There was difficulties attaching documents to campaign emails, which was a requirement of the systems I was designing.

The price was attractive and the client database was comprehensive.

Cons

Marketing Automation was not reliable at all.

Agile would have been an adequate CRM/marketing automation system if not for the limitations on automation and the bugs that the company left up to the customers to find and then work around.

Pros

Liked the ability to tag and segment contacts, make bulk updates, etc.

Cons

The amount of automation is limited. Cannot develop a long-range program without running into the limits on "nodes" per sequence or number of sequences. Especially when lead-scoring based on activity requires a node. Eventually cancelled when program bugs resulted in not being able to send bulk emails without manually splitting them into groups and sending a small amount per day. After two months of this, we gave up.

Was a good value (we thought) for the price.

### "Run away from them"

One of the worst experience I ever had in 10 years in business.

Pros

Nothing. Run away as fast as you can from this company.

Cons

They had a service outage that lasted more than 10 days and they didn't even bother to communicate that to their clients. After a month they weren't still able to resume all the mails that were pending to be sent. They made us lost thousands of dollars in revenue plus 10s of hours to solve the incident and migrate to another company.

Ability to manage large email lists and send them through SendGrid, saving us money and allowing us to manage without the exorbitant costs of an ESP. Deliverability was good as well.

Pros

Ability to integrate with SendGrid, so we could send out volumes (over 100K) email lists and do some basic cleaning. For the bigger email lists, it was an excellent tool that also let me segment, clean, and manage the tasks easily.

Cons

I don't see a ton of value in the CRM end, it's like many CRMs which are either good at CRM or good at email. This one is good at email, and doesn't tie into any sort of project management style or contact follow up I'd look for....but for sending out emails in general, great.

It is entirely likely that I started using Agile CRM too early in their release. The navigation and discoverability was difficult to comprehend and I felt like I was clicking all over the place to do what I needed to do. They went out of the gate with too many features and I immediately felt overwhelmed. I would have liked to start basic and add on as needed.

Pros

\- Marketing funnels were highly customizable - CRM and Inbound marketing worked well together - Customer support was quick to respond

Cons

\- Time consuming to setup a funnel - Difficult to test if a funnel worked before going live - Integration with Shopify was not robust

While I wanted something more simple for myself, I opted for a cleaner watered down version of another product for my industry. However, I have recommended this software to multiple clients that were looking for something super powerful to integrate and run through all of their systems.

Pros

Cost, Features, Options, Tutorials, all super beneficial and could be considered superior to both InfusionSoft & OntraPort. Most importantly, they continue to update and stay on top of their tech. InfusionSoft for example stays pretty dated and just updates their blogs. This CRM system is Powerful, Integrates with almost everything now through Zapier as well, I believe WebHooks, and won't leave you disappointed if you are a feature hungry tech expert.

Cons

Still, a more in-depth email builder which follows the more cumbersome building out like the two alternatives mentioned. It could be made cleaner, easier to implement, and have a cleaner operating UX (user experience) and design. Overall, it takes the cake on price.

### "The most cost-effective marketing automation and CRM solution I can find"

I was originally looking for a marketing automation system for myself, but most are incredibly expensive. I decided to try it and, after a brief learning period, have really fallen in love with it. I've ended up recommending it many of my B2B clients and startup clients, who similarly are limited in budget. They are sceptical at first but then realise just how much it can do and how it can replace lots of existing disjointed (and expensive) tools. Look, I'm sure Hubspot and the likes have benefits in some areas - but when you account for the cost difference it really is difficult to justify spending so much more!

Pros

\- it's almost an all-in-one product, but at a much more accessible price - for the most part, the product is easy to use and I like how you can setup automations in an intuitive way - when used correctly, the power of the product is so insightful - PRICE!

Cons

\- I think the platform overall could do with a cleaner design - Sometimes it can be a bit tricky to find the thing you need (but customer service have always been quick to help) - Would love some newer and more modern templates in emails etc. - LinkedIn integration would make a huge difference

Pros

Sales, marketing and service at one place at a single cost. Easy to use interface. Timeline information about the contact and notes against each contact to recall the complete communication. Calling facility from the tool. LinkedIn and Twitter integration of the contacts, easy to reach out on their social channels.

Cons

Branding of emails, which can be removed at a cost. Limitation of email we send per day. The nodes in the campaigns are limited to 50, but we can add a node to connect campaigns. This limit should not be there. Progressive profiling of the customer not possible using forms.
