### "you cant cancel subscription"

Pros

I have used the service for about 6 months. UI & UX is good, and there are lots of useful functions

Cons

website is very slow and it bothers you. The more important point is if you want to cancel subscription, It has a very long procedure and they want to force you to continue using service.

Agile as mentioned provides a reliable service, and geared toward small-mid sized businesses. Larger companies would find better options.

Pros

Agile provides a reliable database for all things from quality findings to ECO change implementations. Customized reports are a nice feature and searching is made easy.

Cons

Agile has some limitations with ERP features, two different softwares are utilized due to needs of each department. Preference would be for a one stop shop.

Pros

The ability to create complex workflows based on our needs. We were taking a lot of manual work suppressing people who responded to our emails but with this beauty we are doing it automatically now.

Cons

I would like to see folders or categories on the campaigns section so we can organize better. However this is nothing compared to all their great features.

A client wanted a solution to be able to send emails when people signed up for information. We decided not to use it.

Pros

I liked the way they described it and all of the features it has. I liked that it works with Zapier and I could create Zaps to maximize usability.

Cons

I didn't like that the emails weren't easily customizable. They did not look like professional emails like ones sent with Mailchimp or Constant Contact.

It is a great product for inbound marketing and sales support for my various sales funnels. Additionally, they are truly excellent with their customer support.

Pros

Great support, and full-featured inbound marketing system (forms, landing pages, campaigns, etc.). Most other competitive systems are far more expensive (and/or) are in different platforms (ie. campaigns, but not landing pages or forms)

Cons

The CRM is a bit weak. It doesn't really have features for various types of interactions (social, in-person) outside of phone calls. The mobile solution leaves a lot to be desired.

Pros

Agile CRM integrates with my Quickbooks Online account. Awesome contact management with its marketing automation and HTML email templates. They don't hold their features hostage just to get you to pay more. You get 98% of the features with the lowest priced plan. You don't need to sign up for web hosting as long as you have a domain name, and only need a series of landing pages. Just use domains.google.com to purchase a domain and create free new sub-domains. Point the landing pages at your sub-domains and bam, you have a complete website for super cheap! Not to mention it's lead capturing abilities, client timeline view (super awesome), ... just everything. More than worth your time!

Très peu de problème résolus en fait, beaucoup créés en revanche.

Pros

Logiciel basique facile pour importer des données

Cons

Impossible de télécharger votre bases de données - impossible d'en sortir sans tout y abandonner. Le business model est pernicieux voire malveillant à ce sujet. Interface utilisateur plutôt mal pensée. Support inexistant : joignable mais ne résoud aucun problème.

We are able to handle all sales, support & marketing activities with AgileCRM. The biggest benefit is indeed, that everything is in one tool. On top of it, you can even add widgets for your accounting so everything can be done from within Agile.

Pros

We was probably testing every available CRM on the market for quite a long time. The reason of chosing AgileCRM, is simple. It combines everything we need to have. A CRM, a Helpdesk with Ticketsystem, a Livechat and even a Marketing Module with campaign dripping feature. Once you got to know the system and the way how it works, you are able to simply keep yourself updated to everything which is going on with your clients and prospects. We also appreciate the quick help we always got from their support team. Literally, we do feel very comfortable with it and can highly recommend it to everyone who is searching for a solution which is covering all aspects of it's business.

Cons

I have to admit, it was a bit of a learning process in order to get used to the way stuff is handled in AgileCRM. However, you have to do this anyways with every CRM Solution.

Not good at all. I wish there was more I could say and I wished I was able to say at least one good thing but none come to mind.

Pros

Other than having to use it every single day for the last 2 years there's not much fun stuff I can say. Honestly...

Cons

Most if not all...I don't remember seeing one great thing about this CRM. There were wayyyyyy too many glitches and bugs. I had a number of bad reports in my role at a previous job using this too.

I used Agile CRM for Salesforce automation with BI dashboard. Tell you what, it really helped us to acheive our business goal. Overall satisfied with the experience.

Pros

Good Interface design with graphical dashboards, excellent case management and great tracking of customer transactions.

Cons

Limitation in features and automation of process needs to be more consistent. Apart from these , it is lifesaver for users .

Pros

I can only review the marketing area, is the only one that I use. I have made some email campaigns for prospects depending on the activity that they have made on our website, this is an automatic campaign, it has made us save a lot of time and easily convert some of these prospects on customers. - Easy to generate marketing campaigns with drag and drop interface. - Zapier integration. - Email tracking (read/clicked). Also, I have written to support a few times, fast and they have always solved my problems.

What really impresses me, is AgileCRM's support. The support and on-boarding staff I have worked with is excellent to say the least. They really have in-depth knowledge of the system and always guide and help where needed. If the support we are receiving was not to this high standards, it surely would have been a deal breaker for us. I cannot over emphasize the importance of solid and reliable support. Thank you AgileCRM!

Pros

I find the software to be intuitive and very powerful. There is no need for me to use many platforms to achieve what you have to through AgileCRM. It has powerful features and many integrations. I like the freedom to customize and the many campaign nodes make campaigns and flows very powerful. It release a lot of wasted time for us.

Cons

There is nothing to dislike. If I do find any cons, I will take it up with AgileCRM. I trust their ability and know they will assist.

Agile is a very feature dense, conveniently priced CRM software. It's very good for starter businesses on budget that want a hosted service for their data

Cons

Some bugs that are not resolved over long period of time. Mobile app is terrible! It haven't been updated for quite a while, and it's close to useless. Customer support isn't as responsive as it used to be earlier

Pros

Great value. Get a CRM and also a marketing manager for the price of one system. Excellent for small businesses looking to scale.

Cons

The mobile apps are terrible and the campaign features are not intuitive. We haven't attempted social marketing because it has taken us so long to master the email marketing/campaigns.

Sales tools, support desk, email sync with Gmail and contact records. Ringcentral integration is a big help as we can see the crm record for whoever calls. Xero integration.

Cons

Some small bugs that get resolved quite quickly by the friendly support team. Importing contacts from other CRM platforms could be easier.

I've been using Agile CRM for almost a year now and whist it started out a bit hard to use I am pleased to see the constant improvements they have made to the product. The customer service response is really good and for a startup business Agile is a great investment.

Pros

Great customer support Constantly improving product Glad UI has been improved as I found it very hard to use at the start. Good integrations with gmail and chrome

Cons

Improvement on usability still needed rather than adding more features to the mix. Email formatting and landing page features need some usability improvements Powered by Agile takes away the personalisation of an email (or the potential for it to seem) though you can upgrade to remove

### "A Cost Effective Alternative to More Expensive CRMs"

Pros

My company was looking into using the Salesforce Sales Cloud. They asked me to look into alternatives and this is what I came up with. For a lesser cost, you get pretty much the same stuff Salesforce puts out on their base tier cloud. The Agile CRM is great for small startups like mine because it allows you to have a central location to see all of your customers. The drag-and-drop interface is really nice and adds to the ease of use.

Cons

I suppose the biggest gripe i've had with this software is that you only get 5 marketing campaigns with the base tier package. They don't have a lot of email templates, which might be a con for some people, but for my uses it's pretty fine.

TONS of features and capabilities. It's like Photoshop... there's so much it's hard to learn them all... but it's pretty intuitive too.

Cons

A little confusing at times... but only because there's so much available. So many features, it's hard to sort through it all. But I plan to.

Cons

The mobile app is not really good-looking, it could be great if they spend time on UI to optimize the experience.

The newsletters use to work when I first started on the system +- 5 years ago

Cons

My newsletters stopped sending out and the system marked it as sent but when I follow up with clients they never received my newsletter. Cancelling your contract is a whole story on it's own

Pros

First and foremost the campaign function on Agile CRM is my favourite feature. I have the ability of building out campaigns for the entire lifecycle of my clients and leads. Also, integrating Agile with other software has been unbelievably easy, and any hiccups I’ve ran into I’ve been able to reach out to the Agile CRM team for a solution or workaround without any problems. Lastly, the customer profiles are so well layed out and among the best I’ve seen.

Cons

My only con is the SMS feature. While I can easily set up and send SMS in my campaign, you will need a dedicated SMS management Software to deal with day-to-day texting communication.

Pros

Lots of new features coming out monthly, I'm excited to see what they come up with next.
