### "Fantastic CRM, easy to use but powerful features"

Pros

We have used a number of CRM's over the past two years looking for a system that can help automate our marketing efforts and also be an easy central repository for addresses and contact details. We used to use Highrise which was too basic, and more of a contacts manager and then trialled Pipedrive and Onepage CRM. Although these products provided some of the user features we required they all had issues which necessitated finding another CRM. The vendor is responsive to support queries, and always replies very quickly.

Cons

My least favourite part of this product is the new user interface they launched, it's partly persona preference but I preferred the old UI. The vendor provided a link that lets me use the old UI but I am not sure how long this will be supported. It would also be useful to have the option of very basic accounts that literally provide address book access. We ended up using their API to push data to google shared contacts for users who don't need the full CRM feature set.

The customer service is terrible. They simply don't care about customers.

Pros

Would be simple to use if it worked as it should.

Cons

The customer service team is horrible at genuiely responding to needs. Lots of lip service but they will ignore customer needs wherever possible, especially when the software stops working for no reason.

We are using AgileCRM for our marketing automation and we found this tool excellent and easy to use and operate. The cost is also a major advantage since we can get the full set based on number of users. Apart from that we love the campaign builder with lots of tools available to create different scenarios. We use the abandon cart feature regularly.

Pros

\- Best CRM for small and medium businesses. - Very affordable rates. - Easy to setup and use. - The campaign creations is very easy and visual editor available. - Integration with many third part tools available.

Cons

We are using AgileCRM for quite long and we have not found any major cons to mention here, we are very much satisfied with it.

Pros

I love the integration with Shopify and Zendesk. Each section is used for different areas of our business, and with every campaign, we find new tools to implement.

Cons

It took me a couple of tries to fully understand how to use the email tool, but once I figured it out, I found it to be very reliable.

Pros

Agile CRM has a lot of features that our small business doesn't need just yet, but it's a lifesaver for managing our customer contacts. We can keep track of customer relationships, and keep communications from slipping through the cracks. Our customer service and marketing is far more focused and responsive since we began using Agile CRM -- this has helped our sales tremendously. Great integration with WordPress, WooCommerce and Stripe among others. Clear and uncluttered interface. Easy to learn. Automation features are very useful and easy to set up. Associating tags with customers helps us prioritize our communications. Email integration works perfectly.

Cons

Nothing comes to mind really. I'd love to see MailChimp integration (without having to use Zapier), but that's no deal breaker.

### "Support Lies, Product Doesn't Work"

Very unhappy, unreliable product, and the worst customer support I have ever received for SaaS.

Pros

It was easy to integrate with website using Embeds, and tie into other things with Zapier.

Cons

The email marketing automation fails frequently. It says emails are sent but they are not. I spent three hours getting an absolutely ludicrous runaround with various support staff who would basically hang up and make me start over, before finally dealing with someone who admitted there was a problem, and they had no ETA on solving it.

Pros

Lots of features and integrations packed into one tool. Really like the Google Contacts sync functionality! They established themselves really well out there. Many WordPress plugins have compatibility with them!

Cons

Their mobile apps are basically their mobile website inside an app, it's decent, but no offline functionality. Team mates using Android didn't exactly have good experience. On iOS it was alright.

I stumbled on Agile CRM while looking for a cheap alternative to Hubspot Marketing software. I also found Zoho CRM and I began comparing the two and Agile won, because they had the features I was interested in and offered it for free. The features I was most interested in were Sales/Marketing CRM with the ability to move contacts from subscribers until they were sales ready and eventually evangelists. I was also interested in the landing pages, Opt-in forms, workflows and email campaign features. The free plan came with 5000 (branded) emails which for me was great, as well as 1000 contacts, email tracking and lead scoring. Technically their product delivered but God it was such a hassle. The landing page builder frustrated me because the interface was glitchy and slow and impossible to work with. So I switched to Privy and Ontrapages. The form builder was nice though. The email campaigns and workflows was unreliable, I tweaked the workflow so any times wondering if it was my fault but nope I double checked, after a while I gave up and switched to Sendinblue. The social suite in the free plan only supports Twitter so I switched to Zoho Social and eventually Hootsuite. Sadly, I never gave the email tracking feature a chance as I switched to Hubspot CRM which came with sidekick (now called Hubspot sales) which was great at email tracking. I would switch back if they worked on the problems in their already exiting features rather than introducing new features. Agile has a lot of potential, I mean what CRM comes packed with sales, marketing and customer service features for FREE.

Pros

The ease of use and simplicity yet packed full of features is what we like best about Agile. We have tried many other CRM's, communication software, task management, and automation tools and Agile meets our needs and more in all of these categories. Their team is constantly adding features and making it better which is the best part. Give it a try and never look back as we have done!

Cons

None as of yet and if we had to say, I guess it would be that we would love to be able to automate our pre-existing order forms.

Pros

I contribute to certain custom email creations. This is to increase advertisement and to increase possible customers and also, to keep our current customers updated with our company’s latest updates. With Agile CRM, I can create newsletters with ease. And although I only intended to use Agile for newsletters and email creations, it has more than just those features. SMS marketing is also possible, it can send out coupons and schedules necessary to further advertise a company or a business. Email management is also possible which is a great addition to its features.

Cons

Starter subscription price seems to be a little high given that their features need more roughing around the edges. It seems to be a little bit glitchy at times as well.

Pros

The best thing about agile is how it lets me keep track of our customers, and remind me when to call them. I love hearing stories where customers say "I was just thinking about you" when I call to tell them the progress of our marketing efforts. It shows that we are still fresh in the client's mind.

Cons

Not much, we used most features and found them to be pretty great. I wish there was a mac version of the app but that's about it.

Pros

Lead tracking, marketing automation, web form entry, email templates and integration with Stripe all make our lives much easier. In fact, there are so many options, we haven't been able to implement them all. The software has features that we're not quite ready to implement yet.

Cons

There are some UI tweaks that would make the experience be better. For example, when creating/editing emails, the edit area is relatively small and is not resizable. Not a big thing overall, but making that one change would make adding email templates easier.

Allows for client interaction to businesses to be very professional due to its automation features, easy third party software integrations, rich marketing options and overall great user interface. Lots of good support in the various departments crucial to a business' growth such as sales, marketing and technical support.

Cons

I mainly have an issue with their updates as some of them happen without any user notification and changes the User interface customization causing confusion and need to redo all the previous customization again

Pros

Great interface that loads very quickly. Great for managing the customers deals and deal flow. Works best if everybody has their own account.

Cons

Support is non existent. Yes you can scheduled a time slot where they will come and help you. but I don't need help 3-5 days from now. Reporting is the weakest part of the platform. If its not a pre-built report good luck being able to get the report that you need. For example I cannot pull a report to tell me how many deals are over the last 30 days are tagged with a specific tag.

We wanted to setup a simple timed introduction series. We setup the templates, and then realized that you have to edit each template separate from the campaign. Then before we were ready to send, we added the contacts (which took about 3 hours) and away it went - with almost zero visibility! We sent 1,200 emails and the system said 1. When we looked in our outbox there were 1,200 so we know they were sent - and we were receiving OOTOs as well!

However, the campaign would run till its end goal with the existing list of contacts. To avoid this, we suggest you to test the campaign after formulating and before adding the list of contacts. Pros

We like the Visual Campaign Builder. That's what first caught our attention. Then seeing the other visual drag-and-drop features, and how it integrates with other software, the choice was easy. Customer support was helpful as well... both via email and phone calls.

Cons

Not a lot that we don't like. AgileCRM is well built. Having built-in landing pages would be nice, but it does integrate well with other platforms.
