### "It truly is a great program"

Pros

Clients relations are managed, leads generated through webforms are nurtured and the process is automated. Segmenting clients have never been easier and support for the product is fantastic! Keeping track of tasks is an integral part of my daily function and the task management within Agile keeps me on track. Assigning tasks to alternative users are easy. Client records can be as detailed as required and one of the other things I do often is associate specific documentation to individual client contacts. Integration with 3rd parties are easy. The timeline feature is a gem! AgileCRM is truly a great product!

Cons

The only feature that requires attention is the automation. The campaigns and nodes are limited - even on the paid plans, but I know that Agile is in the process of reviewing this.

Agile is still immature software but I can see that they are working to improve the software. So, I conclude, saying that it is still worthy of using Agile CRM.

Pros

Many people want to work in one place. The significant advantage of the CRM software is that it gives you to optimize almost everything. Every task is based on sales and marketing. Generating and regenerating reports and records are things that you need to show to companies. The pross include cleanliness. The UI in the process is easy - to - use task. It is even suitable for small and medium scale bases for customers through the use of social media. There are no complexities. It is effortless to set up, and it is quick.

Cons

The customer support area should be improved more. For the first time, users may take a bit longer time to learn the Agile CRM but they have very good learning materials. I have faced some UI/UX issues with the calendar, I think they will work on that and it will be improved in upcoming versions.

A volte la scalabilità dei ticket può risultare complessa complicando la gestione del database CRM e quindi non consentendo una veloce comunicazione tra le funzioni aziendali

### "Horrible customer support"

I opened a ticket in March 2018 and it was never resolved. We opened several tickets over the past two years and nothing was ever fixed. We were lied to during this entire time. Whenever I called them, they would promise a call back and not once, NOT ONCE, did they ever follow up. I wasted many hours trying to get Agile to work, pleading with their "customer support" to fix things that any other CRM would have fixed right away. DO NOT USE AGILE CRM!!!

Pros

Lots of features suitable for a variety of businesses for a low price

Cons

Customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with in my entire life. Features would stop working, they would change things on their end that would affect our workflow, tickets remained opened for literally two years, etc. Their team is taught to tell their customers that they will get right on it and give them a call back, but they never ever do.

Reason for choosing Agile CRM

Pricing, automations that did what we needed at the time. It was my first experience with a CRM and I went with recommendations from others in the web industry.

Absolutely awful. I would not recommend this product at all.

Pros

Honestly, very little. From day 1 it's been riddled with bugs.

Cons

Multiple issues with email deliverability. Multiple issues with setting up automations. Terrible support that just ignores you when they can't solve an issue with their software (95% of the time). Riddled with bugs. Doesn't deliver on the majority of promises it makes.

I have used and recommended Agile CRM for many years. It is very easy to use and configure and the cost is low compared to other CRM systems.

Pros

It is very user friendly. You can add custom fields and setup pipelines without the need of a developer.

Cons

Having to add DNS records to synch email makes it difficult to setup email with agile.

they are very easy to used and very user friendly I am very glad we could still work together because we know as company they have very easy CRM program to used

is very friendly but that about it, they program has a lot of things to make your sales work but if you do not have the regular you wont have access to anything.

Cons

I did a review because I was very upset with agile here is the previous review: they are bad at costumer service I would have more luck working with a wall at least she would listed and act like she is trying to help, the manager for support was so horrible to work with when ask to help with option he didn't help me I trying to be as patient with them but I really feel that they just ripped us off. I did a previews review on them because so far was it was all good but once I did, it was like they did not want to try any more. as of today they have help me with the problem and we manage to get everything resolve they saw the mistake the made and help us with the problem at hand I am very glad we could still work together because we know as company they have very easy CRM program to used

### "Decent CRM for the price"

Pros

I really liked the integrated scheduling calendar

Cons

Many times I don't receive email notifications about new appointments that have been scheduled so I have to remember to check my calendar every day. I also wish some things were a little more streamlined, for example if I search for an email address and it's not in the database yet--I don't have an option to "add" I have to type it in all over again.

At the moment when the appointment is created. 2. Just ten minutes before the scheduled time. These notifications maybe blocked if there are any filter options configured in the email clients. Thank you for suggesting feature requests. We will incorporate them in our roadmap.

Made automation and third party integrations easy.

Pros

It's easy to use and integrates with many other platforms. It has decent number of features apart from standard CRM features like web rules, hello bar, exit intent popups etc.

Cons

Customer support isn't that great. Their tracking of website visitors, email click rates has issues. The tracking code for this CRM increases the load time of website hence it affects your organic rankings.

### "Horrible customer service... Don't use Agile unless you want to get stuck in a contract!"

Pros

It seemed easy to use, but it kept mixing up my data.

Cons

Customer service was horrible. I eventually tried to cancel my subscription, but they kept charging me for an annual subscription. I cancelled it in December of 2019. They charged me for it in January of 2020, so I called them and cancelled again. They gave me a refund. In January of 2021, they charged me again for my annual subscription. I called them back and the guy tells me at first that there are no refunds! What??? I cancelled it OVER A YEAR AGO!!! He tells me that he has to talk to his management and is not sure if he can refund my money... Grrrr... I'm so pissed... I told him that I was going to start writing bad reviews about Agile while I waited for his management. Eventually, he said he initiated the refund and cancelled my subscription... We'll see!

I needed a CRM that I can use to track my leads and sales pipelines for a variety of things I do. Agile CRM honestly does well, except its ui/ux is not very friendly, and I get lost quite often, and there's lots of tabs and clicking to get to where I want to be. It is a very complex solution for complex company. Unfortunately, I just want things simple for my simple brain. I opted for a simpler CRM solution with more exciting Ui & Ux but less functionality.

Pros

Agile CRM has built something similar to sales force. A Super Comprehensive CRM. It does a lot and can easily integrate with email, calls, automations and marketing platforms.

Cons

Agile CRM has built something similar to sales force, even to the teeth with its ui and ux experience - which is terrible. Otherwise it is a very solid CRM, and the pricing is very reasonable.

### "Easiest CRM I've used in years"

Pros

It's extremely easy to do almost everything in AgileCRM. For example: 1 uploading list of contacts. Super easy. 2. It's a pleasure to use it. The timeline shows every interaction with every contact in a very user-friendly and aesthetic way. 3. Setting up groups of contacts using tags and then filtering so you can focus and specific groups is soooo easy and helpful. 4. It's really fast for a cloud service as well.

Cons

Very few to be honest, and they can be worked on: 1. Customer service. You can get bounced around until the right person helps you. But when they do, they work very hard to take care of whatever issue you need help with. 2. It would be great if their scheduling features included integration with gotomeeting.

None. It was an unnecessary distraction and waste of time. Paying more for a better software is worth it.

Pros

The software is inexpensive (at lower levels). It seemed intuitive at first, but with extended use realized it was clunky and did not function as advertised.

Cons

Full of holes and bugs. Clunky. When we asked about certain capabilities, they were always "included with the next level up". When we explained our frustration and that we were cancelling our contract, they became belligerent, immediately cut off our access to software and are holding all our information hostage. We have also yet to receive a refund...

I went to a sales conference recently, and it was nice to have a place to keep all of my contacts and communicate efficiently with my team. Agile CRM is a good software that can help you manage your contacts and tasks. I think it's useful for project managers who need to track their projects and also for salespeople to increase the efficiency of their time management.

Pros

This is a great company to work for if you want to do something that will make a difference. The quality of the product is amazing and the technology is very cutting edge. My job revolves around business development which involves a lot of communications - CRM is the best tool for this. I like that the platform is built on Agile Methodologies and is web-based which allows for fluid updates as well as the ability to use the system from any device.

Cons

Agile CRM is so much more than a project management tool. It is the perfect solution to email marketing, and task management. It is great that it offers you many features at a single price, I did not have a problem in general use and I was satisfied.

### "Don't be afraid to ask - great customer service"

We were looking for an off the shelf CRM package as our in-house system could no longer keep up with changes in technology. We also wanted something that would integrate our marketing. We are a small team and wanted something that wasn't too shiny. We needed it to be user-friendly rather than all bells and whistles. After browsing through several options online Agile phoned us, which rather illustrated how useful the system was! 2 years in and we are about to renew our subscription. As with all CRMs, there are pros and cons, but the customer service and friendly team at Agile mean a lot to us.

Pros

Wonderful Customer Service. All I need to do is write an email outlining my query, and not only does the phone ring very shortly afterward, my query is answered in depth and with a great deal of professionalism. If we have uncovered a bug or make a suggestion as to how things could be improved they are noted and often implemented. The marketing campaign sending is simple, although you do have to remember to press several save buttons before you can be sure all your work hasn't been lost!

Cons

As the team is so reactive, sometimes things change a bit too readily and we sometimes loose things that we liked. But not a big deal.

We have been using Agile for about 18 months now. This is an updated review. Last summer I got very frustrated with a technical issue that has been handled horribly by their customer service department. I was on the verge on switching to another tool but they worked hard to make it right and the tool has been getting better and better. Most issues are resolved promptly, a couple of my feature request have been actually developed and implemented so things are going in the right direction and I have decided to give them another chance.

Pros

\- free trial - loaded with features - fast learning curve - continuous improvements - a lot of integrations

Cons

\- I would love to be able to customise the look and feel of pages for improved UX. - Reporting features are pretty limited - A/B testing is difficult to work with

Pros

Its best advantage is that it is free of charge and even the paid price for 50,000 contacts and more is very low at around $9 per user. It is also a very powerful CRM that generates specific reports.

Cons

At times I have experienced some deficiency in Customer Service. It also lacks some functions such as project management, something that certain competencies do have.

Cons

I run a small bankruptcy firm. I should't be having capacity issues mailing out to a relatively small pool(less than 8000) potential recipients. So low sticker price as long as you just use it for family and friends. I hate an upsell and actually miss Infusionsoft every day. Never thought I would say that. Why can't this be integrated in a meaningful sense with Dialpad such that our calls are logged in Agile automatically? I have to log them myself

Pros

Agile could be a good software, unfortunately it has so many bugs it is becoming impossible to work with it.

Cons

I know bug happens to every digital solution but it is not possible or acceptable to use a CRM not sending campaigns. I'm the CRM master for 4 startups and I'm facing bad bugs everyday which are making daily work a mess. All the flows are compromised by the campaigns not sent. Also they don't let you know they have a problem so big and if you talk with them the answer is "there is a delay". Days and days with campaigns blocked is not a delay, is a big failure for a CRM. There are also so many other bugs not solved from months like the Facebook integration... You buy the solution, you pay a solution and then clicking here and there you just realize you didn't buy the all package because there are several features, you were counting on, not working. Please fix your bugs.

Pros

I love the marketing automation, where the use of a visual node builder helps you create campaigns that do just what you want them to. I've often found that even if I think something can't be done, a quick message to the support team and they come back with something I didn't know could be done.

Cons

I think unsubscribe links should automatically be in all emails, rather than having to add them. I also think when you are a paying user, it shouldn't have the 'sent by Agile' at the bottom of the email.
