Automated campaigns are easy to set up and work well and the customer support system is effective. the experience of using agilecrm has been practical and effective, as well as being cost effective.

Pros

We have been able to use all the features with ease and the customer support has been terrific, critical since we have embedded agilecrm into our own software so that it, though its campaigns, administers many of our own systems automated processes, and we have needed to consult often with their team members. I cannot recommend the system highly enough.

Cons

We will need to establish how the system works at scale

Reason for choosing Agile CRM

Better pricing, had automated campaigns, simple to use, good customer service, no set up costs. We have never yet felt a need to change systems. Agilecrm may not be 'flashy' but it is reliable and is a one stop shop that simply 'does what it says on the tin'.

Agile has been a breath of fresh air when I needed something free. When I upgraded to the paid version for our company, it did everything we needed from Salesforce for a quarter of the price.

Pros

While it's developed overseas, the help and set up team are responsive and will often do the setup for you while you wait. The end result functionality is the same even if the way you go about it is different for other software. You can even use the free version for basic CRM features that others make you pay for.

Cons

There is a learning curve, as with any software, but the UX is not as fancy as others and therefore, sometimes, not as intuitive.

It allowed me to learn what I do and don't want in software. Their feature list spells this out, but getting the features to work and get support behind them is why we left.

Pros

The only pros I can say currently is their feature list looks good from the surface including internal dialing, multiple seats, call recording and sharing.

Cons

The tech team is difficult to reach and sometimes understand. I have no problem with offshore hiring when it's quality. For a product like this they need US based support.

Pros

Not too hard to figure out how to add contacts, dashboard, tasks etc. It is very cheap for only 1 user, so if you are a small company, it is a good solution. On my own I could figure out how to do mass emails, add graphics and photos to them, track the opens in the campaigns. I don't use many of the other features.

Cons

When adding a new contact, with a new company name, the software will not allow accept a new company name unless I type it in and then click my cursor in the far right end of the email box to move to fill in that box. Very annoying. Once an email template is set up and the email is sent, they do not always look the same on the recipient's computer screen as they did on mine. I am not talking about different types of devices, I am talking about a computer screen looking different. The type can re-flow to end up with odd widows. Having to make an appointment with a Customer Service Rep to answer a question is a hassle.

Overall it is still a useful and very promising tool. I think it needs a few fixes but does the job well.

Pros

It has really good features, especially the email automaton which is different and more ingenious from all competitors: it's a simple drag and drop with icons that represent actions (send/ time / send 2 or third mail if the first one was opened ect.)

Cons

Is too pricey for starting businesses and could improve the filtering system of contact lists. It's doesn't always take in account tag addition or tag removal, and doesn't automatically delete contact that were added a second time. About the support team: they will really try to help you if you encounter any issues. However, they can be really hard to understand sometimes due to their accents.

### "What a great and user friendly CRM"

After trying many other CRMs we all have fallen in love with Agile, this is the best word to describe. Is so easy to set up and very user-friendly. Just finished imported our Data from Zoho and all looks good. I have given up spending time in Zoho CRM that almost forces you to enroll in what I can only describe as a university course. Agile has some things that need improvement but the development team doesn't stop bringing out new features and tools and you can also post your development ideas into a Forum and this can be voted by other users, I have already something being developed using this tool. If you want something simple to use but also fool of cool features this is the system to go. I love the Chrome extension where you can add contacts on the go from any web page (including the great Linkedin fetch contact details feature). Looking forward to the new feature releases.

Pros

Time to set up, User-friendly, Zapier integration, Modules (sales, marketing and help desk), Price, Email marketing, Web activity tracker, Web forms and landing pages builder, Filters and Tags for creating lists.

Cons

DKIM and SPF still a little hard to set up, Help Desk database still being populated so you have to contact the Agile care team more often, but improving.

Overall, my team and I have had a very positive experience with Agile CRM. I am Magine that it works like most CRM’s, but what I like most is how intuitive it seems to be and the level of customer support we have experienced.

Pros

Agile CRM has a great UI, which my team was quick to pick up on. For a CRM, the easier it is to use, the quicker your team members will adopt it and maximize its potential. The ease of use that Agile CRM offers makes tracking information simple.

Cons

Even though you can customize dashboards and your tools, I think that Agile CRM tries too hard to be “flashy”. Sometimes, the canned dashboards are more distracting than helpful. It’s not really a con, but rather a preference. There is definitely substance, but style needs to be turned down a little.

The Automatic Call Distribution helped us make our response time as short as 5 minutes which made our customers happy and reduced the chrun.

Cons

It didn't came with Call Tracking, Call List Management and Batch Processing.

### "Would be a great app if it worked as should"

There are much more features and integrations in AgileCRM than listed on GetApp.com. It is quite easy to setup CRM and marketing automation with this tool. BUT... I have registered already 3 cases during the last 50 days when app is not working as it should. For example: 1) form on a website doesn't submit; 2) user in not added to the campaign after the form submit; 3) emails are not being sent out, etc. For a support it takes from several days to several weeks to find a bug and solve an issue. I asked to refund me a fee for a period when app is not working as it should, but support refused to do so. Even now, I am still waiting for one issue to be solved by a support. Thus I can't recommend it to anyone right now. Value for money ratio is quite pure at the moment. I hope it will improve in the near future.

Pros

Many good marketing automation features, easy to learn and setup.

Cons

Features often do not work as it should. So one should spend a lot of time for testing, reporting issues and asking customers to forgive... Some features are useless. For example, attribution of contact in CRM with it's Facebook profile. And later one can't do anything with it. Thus their prioritization of features' development is quite suspicious for me.

Pros

I have been on the search for a great CRM software that I can possibly use for a long time with none to minimal problems or something that agrees with my needs completely. With Agile CRM, the features are perfect for my needs and offer more. I use the help desk features more than often, it is something that really lightened my tasks with my job. The possibility to manage different data allows increased organization. The Call center features allow call recording, logging and scripting of calls from customers. It offers so much aid for any customer service personnel.

Cons

Marketing campaigns for initial subscription are very limited with such a high price, which seems too expensive for the initial rate.

Allows me send my weekly newsletter to my subscribers and to track which links they click on. The support has been superb

For me the costs are a little higher than originally advertised - but still way better value for money than anything else I've found

All that said, it does do an incredible job at helping me stay in front of and build dossiers on prospects and clients.

Pros

It's free for their basic package and very inexpensive to scale. While the interface looks like 2003 it has some very advanced tools for 2018, namely automated SMS. That's a game changer to not have to incorporate a second piece of software into your marketing campaign.

Cons

Not intuitive whatsoever. The learning curve is steep. Creating IFTTT automation is done on a flowchart instead of a menu. That is perfect for visual people. I'm not a visual person.

Cons

The mobile app could use some work. It requires you to "log in" every time you open it and although it gives you access to everything it can be a little cumbersome to use on a small phone screen.

### "Try it out - it won't disappoint"

After having tried out several CRM systems, I stumbled across agile on an online forum. This system is incredibly flexible - while holding a lot of the crucial features (contact info, deal tracking, sales reports) it also offers a few customizable features that have not been seen elsewhere (landing page hosting, GoDaddy integration, full G-Suite integration). Our team of no-tech-savvy users were able to very quickly make their way through the program and have learned all the crucial features in very short order. It has been an absolute joy getting away from old paper-based practices.

Pros

Great for current Google Suite users, great for small teams, customizable landing pages, integration with most major URL hosting services (GoDaddy etc) and a very sleek app with support for Android and iPhone/iPad.

Cons

"Powered by Agile" appears on emails sent from system, constant reminders to upgrade your plan along the top of the system, lack of ability to hide unneeded tabs/pages.

Pros

I like the marketing & sales features of this CRM. We can create web forms to integrate to our website. I also like that this can be connected to our other online software which we daily use which then helps us ease the manual labor of entering everything in the CRM.

Cons

We can't save email history in this CRM. Yes it syncs with our Gmail but once an email is deleted, this will also be deleted in Agile. We really value each email from our customers and it would be great if Agile can work out how to get this feature available.

A good Sales CRM fro small & Medium scale businesses. It has a good interface and very simple to learn. Need improvement in Automation features and customer support.

Pros

\- I have been using Agile CRM in my present company. It didn't take me long to understand the functionality of Agile CRM because of the user-friendly functions and a very simplified interface. - It gives an option to add different tabs to the dashboard, which make it easier to understand the progress happing in the team. - Can set the daily task on prior or schedule it accordingly and it will be visible at the dashboard. I never have to worry in case I miss out any task assigned to me. - Creating leads is much easier in Agile CRM as it is integrated with other social application make it much easier to fetch the person details available on those sites. - The reports and analytics are very intuitive and give better visibility.

Can improve on the customer support part.

Pros

All modules are integrated: Marketing, Sales and Support. The solution is very features rich, it is a good Hubspot replacement at a fraction of the price.

Cons

The support is based out of India, it is hard to understand the dedicated support person we have. Also, it can take 1-2 weeks to get your support person on the phone, so if you have deadlines, you are in trouble.

I actively found ways to circumvent using Agile CRM for anything other than providing reports up to head office: our day to day CRM management we chose in the UK to outsource to another platform, accepting the hit of double data entry to gain the effectiveness of that tool (Outreach)... which was a similar price point.

Pros

Agile CRM is a lightweight tool that therefore is quite accessible. We used it at Agillic as our central sales CRM tool. Customer support is very helpful

Cons

Where do I start? Maybe it's the way we had it set up, but this was the most cumbersome tool for tracking sales opportunities that I've ever used. I found it exceptionally difficult to get the level of insight into sales management that I needed for my team; the mobile tool was largely useless (I used the website on my phone instead); it never really connected to advising sales teams what action they should do next.
