Pros

Sales, marketing and service at one place at a single cost. Easy to use interface. Timeline information about the contact and notes against each contact to recall the complete communication. Calling facility from the tool. LinkedIn and Twitter integration of the contacts, easy to reach out on their social channels.

Cons

Branding of emails, which can be removed at a cost. Limitation of email we send per day. The nodes in the campaigns are limited to 50, but we can add a node to connect campaigns. This limit should not be there. Progressive profiling of the customer not possible using forms.

Pros

Our organization relies heavily on Agile CRM for daily operations, as it's utilized across all departments to handle various tasks, both large and small. The automation features have significantly reduced our workload, and the reports and dashboards are consistently beneficial. We particularly appreciate the contact management and lead-to-opportunity tracking functions.

Cons

At present, we are limited to 25 custom fields for contacts, companies, and deals. We believe that having additional custom fields would enable us to include more specific information, which would be highly beneficial.

Pros

At first glance the product seemed like a great "do-everything" tool at an affordable budget. It does have a lot of features, when they decide to work.

Cons

Similar to another reviewer that mentioned the same thing emails just stopped working for us. They didn't go to spam, they just weren't sending. I contacted support about this and they didn't do much to help. I go to cancel and they tell me they need to call me first in order to do that. I don't have time to do that I just wanted to cancel the plan. So I message their team (to their credit they did message back immediately which is good) but when I explained to them I didn't have time to respond to an email or answer a call they just said "that's the procedure". The product not working was bad enough and the inflexible service was the icing on the cake.

very positive eventhough some of the features should be easier

Pros

Onboarding and trainings from \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] are the best. Good integration with google as well as linkedin Also it is easy to use marketing automation, crm contact, follow up for deals, + telephony and sms campaigns.

Cons

quickbook integration is not available some extra steps are needed to use the software, for example when you desactivate a campaign you have to remember to desactivate the contacts assigned. Certains things need a knowledge that is only possible by doing lots of trainings

### "Setup Complete Email Campaign With Agile CRM"

1\. Create complete customer record and create email campaign for emailing at particular event is easy. 2. Setup synchronization among various modules such as synchronization between inventory of products and admin modules for notification emails (email automation once product gets zero). 3. Notify customers on a particular event or if new product launched. 4. Lead management is easy , it has particular section for lead management. 5. Great IDE to make use work easy. 6. Setup call functionality with Agile CRM is also possible.

Cons

You must have little CRM understanding to use Agile CRM.

Pros

Agile CRM is a complete sales, marketing and service platform. It has a good & clear interface and user friendly. It has a very widespread marketing automation solution that allows you to mind map your workflow.. It allows looking at activity down to the individual user activities and helps to identify loopholes in the campaign and amend. I also like how it integrates flawlessly to Gmail. You can quickly add any contact information from gmail to AgileCRM.

Cons

Agile CRM has lots of limitations when it comes to email handling & social media integration. If you are emailing to multiple contacts at one go, you can’t add an attachment. It an email requires to add lots of images, creating email templates becomes very clunky. Emails don't get saved to draft automatically; you need to start from scratch if you lost it. Also there's limitation to selecting 25 contacts when writing an email. It loses emails if they are deleted from email client, CRM software should be able to preserve past emails whether they were deleted from Gmail or not. Also there is no social integration with Facebook and other social media

It is an inexpensive CRM for basic organization but the email marketing platform does not work if you have a database of several thousand that you are sending to several times per month. It becomes way too costly.

Pros

What I like most about Agile CRM is that it is an inexpensive solution that integrates CRM and Email Marketing platform .

Cons

The email sync is not good. It labors for a long time trying to pull emails through. I also do not like that I have a very limited number of emails that I can send through the Email Marketing Platform and that the emails I have Agile's logo on them.

Pros

It's a product that offers practically everything, but at a considerably more affordable price. The product is generally simple to use, and I appreciate how easily automations can be set up.

Cons

In my perspective, the normal bundle ought to have been less expensive. Other than that, I don't find any criticisms of this sort.

Overall, Agile CRM is a great CRM platform that offers a range of features to help businesses manage their customer relationships. It is easy to use and has an intuitive interface. Additionally, it offers a range of pricing plans to suit different business needs.

Pros

My favorite feature of Agile CRM is its customer segmentation capabilities. This makes it easier to group customers and leads into different categories and allows me to send out personalized emails and campaigns to each group. Additionally, the lead scoring feature makes it easier to prioritize leads based on their behavior.

Cons

My least favorite thing about Agile CRM is the lack of customization options. It can be difficult to customize the look and feel of the platform to match the branding of a business. Additionally, the reporting features are limited.

Pros

The interface is very user friendly, you can start using it confidently in a few hours, a lot of integrations which makes it very flexible, nice API for customized solutions if you have a programmers team in your company. Excellent e-mail automation with ability to segment users based on their behavior (open rate, link clicks, website actions), very precise segmentation with the use of unlimited tags, options for push notifications and web events as triggers, very easy to use e-mail templates and also highly customizable with support of custom code and custom fields. Really useful history of every user's interactions and contacts in a nice timeline format. A lot of filtering options, which when combined with the export in csv feature are extremely useful.

Cons

for the time being there is nothing serious, which can affect my usage of the platform, only minor issues which are easy to overcome.

While searching for a CRM, I found this option. It was the perfect software to start with as the sales team never had used a CRM before and we had a very small team. Lots features, easy to manage and free for a small team. This gave us the opportunity to start a process upgrade without investment, and after everyone was well adjusted, we switch to a paid plan.

Pros

Not only you can keep control of all the costumer interactions, but also you can do marketing and support with the same account, and is free for up to 10 users (limited, but free).

Cons

It lacks a good tutorial for most of the advanced features.

Very disappointing. Stay away from this product.

Pros

Email campaigns and work flows are great features when they actually work, which isn't that often. You have an expectation that task are executed as designed, but are quickly disappointed to find that emails and task were never done. This is a very poor performing product and I'd advise anyone to look elsewhere for a reliable CRM.

Cons

The extremely poor reliability caused many task to be repeated manually to ensure they were actually done.

We needed a bit of bandaid to help with our business development efforts and it definitely did the trick. Given our business model we needed more of a hybrid CRM/ATS, otherwise we likely would have continued on with it.

Pros

Capture from LinkedIn -- relatively easy to navigate through and keep records & engagements up to date.

Cons

Very modular -- which in some circumstances I can appreciate but there is some functionality that overlaps and should be grouped together. As an example, untagged emails (with Agile Logo) being a separate expense from the base rate. I think it would be great to hide the features not included with any given plan, as opposed to being able to see them, but being greeted with an upgrade screen.

Cons

I wish the product would allow for social media blasts. It would be nice to be able to send out notifications and newsletters out on social media at the same time i do on email.

Pros

Not much. There was something always wrong everytime I tried to use it over the course of 2 years.

Cons

Technical support. They are horrible. Don't return calls and you can't talk to anybody who is technical. They always just call you back over and over again while they go ask someone else.

For the price the Plugin integration with Wordpress is good. getting leads directly from my site into a place to manage them is great

Cons

There isnt much I dont like about it. The only thing I found is that the default form code (if you dont integrate with a WP Plugin) is a little bloated and slows ur website down - but its not too bad.

I like the ease of integration this product has and its functionality

Cons

Getting it set up, I feel it would benefit to have a way of installing key features for a number of real life business models for example - a walk through of installing key modules that would aid someone that was using it for example a "Real Estate", "Insurance" or "Car Salesman" business, so the user could follow a custom integration following a set of parameters that best meet the style of business that they are using it for.

AgileCRM keeps on improving, and the "typical sales CRM" side of it seems pretty solid and reasonably user friendly, but I have wasted SO MUCH TIME on the marketing and email automation side of it. I'm mostly back to MailChimp now which is a much better solution for most of those things. I think AgileCRM is being used by a lot of companies to spam their customers. If I include a link to their meeting booking tool in my email signature, my emails tend to be categorized as spam, but not if I leave it out.

Pros

Very feature rich. Many powerful features and integrations. Decent reporting and functionality around standard sales CRM stuff.

Cons

Clunky and difficult experience around marketing automation. Tendency to have features that are only half-baked, although they do improve over time.

Cons

Would like more templates for landing pages and email templates, but they do give you a number of options. I just would like to see more.

We have been using Agile CRM since 2015 when ULetters was formed as a tech start-up. I have found it simple to set up and easy to customise to our unique requirements. The tagging system for customers allows us to quickly filter for our tasks. The features we especially appreciated were the easy to set up integration with Woocommerce and Wordpress with a free wordpress plugin and the ability to add many custom fields as we wanted. Pros

It has a very fast learning curve. I would recommend it to small business and other startups who need to get something set up and running quickly and easily especially if you are using woocommerce for ecommerce.

Cons
