Pros

Our team has been using Agile CRM for a while now. It has aided us to create and customize e-mails and newsletters. Agile CRM is very flexible that it has allowed us to create freely, with little limitations. The numerous features allowed us to do more with the software than just customize emails and newsletters. It also has the call center and call tracking features which we also use to communicate with our clients.

Cons

I can't think of any additional features for Agile CRM. It works and runs great.

So its solid if you want a cheap option but I have just had a terrible time of late. They assure me campaigns will get sent correctly and they don't which has a big impact on my sales. factor in all the time sorting issues out and its not so cheap

The price is cheap. Tagging system is ok. Quite a few feature.

Cons

No feature updates in 2 years Send emails at the wrong time Lot of glitches Data on open rate takes hours to come through They don't tell you about issues in advance

Pros

Has many good features like any other CRM in the market, automation is powerful but once you get all your leads into their system, good luck getting any meaningful figures unless you use their filter and collect it manually. please read the Cons before you buy!

Cons

You can only send a max of 3 custom email reports, each report with a maximum of 100 results only and they never mentioned that to me in their demo nor in their product comparison. If your website has a cookie consent bar, you won't be able to use "visitors activities" unless you enable their own cookie bar, that will leave your site with two cookie consent bars. Good luck with asking your visitor to accept all of these consents.

Hi Mohamed First of all, thanks for your detailed feedback. In Agile CRM reporting, you can create custom reports and enable the functionality to send those reports to your email. We have a limit of 100 in every email considering the size of the email which the email clients can consider spammy. However, we are giving a link in the email to check the details beyond the first 100 results. We have to show a cookie bar on the websites in compliance with the GDPR. Cons

We started with Agile a year back, and if the CRM was a bit rickety at the start, the dev team did an amazing job as fixing/improving/developing the platform so we can now all enjoy Agile as it is now. I have been training a lot of agent on Agile, and it never took more than half a day to get them completely up to speed - proving the ease of use.

Pros

Easy to use and manage, API Great email editor Marketing campaign editor Customer service is super reactive and happy to help

Cons

My only suggestion would be to allow the user to chose the unique key (by default email but in our case it's always been a bit tricky) Not even cons but "nice to have" : duplication of campaigns

The feature set of Agile is right up there with the best of the best, but at a much better price point. Agile has some great marketing automation tools such as drag-and-drop campaign building and full life-cycle email tracking.

Cons

It's not currently possible to have more than one email signature which is a real shame, as we would like to use different signatures and addresses for different campaigns. This is, however, a minor inconvenience when stacked against all the things that Agile DOES do.

I used Agile CRM daily for both sales CRM functions, and marketing automation functions. It is highly customizable and the customer service is great. Agile CRM has met and exceeded my needs. Any questions, or technical difficulties I have encountered, they have been quick to resolve.

Pros

After years of trying to find the perfect CRM, we finally found Agile in 2016. The ease of use and ability to email market within one platform sold us on the app. I currently use Agile for two companies I own. The user interface is designed for both aesthetics and efficiency.

Cons

By having two companies and two log-ins, it can be cumbersome to toggle between companies due to dual verification feature. That's more of an internal issue.

Email marketing combined with a CRM tool put everything/everyone in the same tool.

Pros

The range of features available through Agile CRM is pretty extensive, from sales funnel to marketing, to customer support. The automation is also super flexible, we are able to create a custom automation for almost any lead or sales team action which is really helpful. The overall product look and feel is clean - not the case with many CRMs we've tested. The per user price is also really reasonable.

Cons

I've run into a few bugs/issues while using the product. The 'documents' function doesn't quite work as expected - you can't open a document, just download it. The email feature would also benefit from the ability to adjust line height. Finally re-sending a user's login credentials after set-up would be helpful.

We are able to manage a large customer database which is crucial for our business. Sending automated campaigns, emails etc has become super easy with agilecrm.

Pros

I liked the excellent customer support. I always approach \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] for support and have always received super helpful advice and guidance from her. The ease of use is something that I admire about agilecrm.

Cons

None so far. The search functionality perhaps can be enhanced.

Pros

I like the interface,it's very clean and easy to use. The best part is all the plug in's you can use to stop typing twice the same information and that every time to set up any answer or use a plug in you can repeat easily in another way too

Cons

I will like to be able to have two folders of contacts, the business and the personal ones, even you can , and I use tags, still will like to have 2 separated list of contacts

Pros

Finding prospects, social profiling customers and potential leads from social media like LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter has become so much easier for us with the use of Agile CRM. It also helps us to generate detailed reporting and analytics from the data to help us determine where and who to focus our efforts on. It’s very easy to set-up and the monthly cost is very affordable.

Cons

Learning to use the product may take a bit of time, but what’s great is that they offer webinars to help train anyone that’s new to the system at no extra cost. Their customer support is also easily reachable.

It's a great piece of software to get started in any of the aspects of the sales process, but there are individual products out there that perform each portion better and at a lower rate

Pros

I like the fact that every part o the sales stack is built into one piece of software. Does make things easier to have everything under one roof.

Cons

The fact that it does too much. It's a double edged sword. I think that there are definitely upgrades needed, its a great all-in-one piece of software, but it doesn't match up to the competitors in terms of featured when broken down into the different verticals: marketing automation, crm, support.

Simplifies my contact management system. All works like clockwork and links with all the apps/social media. Campaigns are done with triggers by drag and drop (I havent been able to work out how to do campaigns on other CRMs).

Pros

\- Drag and drop features for newsletters, email templates and landing pages - Simple and quick entry for searching, tagging, sorting, updating - Reporting features - Social media and app integration - easily done - Campaigns and triggers - set up in no time - Customer support - no need to use forums, they contact you direct

Cons

Havent found anything Perhaps to be able to use Thrive with it Recommended to Agile by marketing expert and havent looked back since. Try it - it's really simple to use no matter if you are a beginner (like myself) or more technical

I love this Agile CRM and highly recommend this to your business.

Pros

This software is easy to learn and allows a business to use it for sales and marketing as well as customer service. You will find it complicated to start with but after a week you will love using it. I found that is helped me do many different campaigns and sales strategies to gain new business and reach out. I spent 6 months researching CRM software platforms and I have narrowed it down to Agile CRM. They also have excellent customer service if you need them and their pricing structure is really goo especially if you are a small business.

Cons

I have found very little to complain about as this software has it all and even offers real time email tracking. I guess they could make the layout customisable if anything.

Pros

I recently switched to agilecrm after trying out several CRMs and I couldn't be happier. The all-in-one solution is incredibly powerful, yet incredibly simple to use. It has saved me a ton of time and energy by allowing me to automate many of my customer relationship processes. If you're a small business looking for the perfect CRM - look no further than agilecrm!

Cons

The UI/UX could use some improvement as it can be somewhat complex to understand for beginners. With a little bit more focus on usability, it would be an even better product and easier to use for new users.

Pros

It became our sales, marketing, help desk and chat easier because now it is automatized and we can answer many customers at same time.

Cons

For free version, the automation is very limited, but if you sign up start version, you can see more things what this platform cans do.

They've been saying that the new UI and features are in testing for about 6 months. I'm starting to doubt it and am now thinking about trying something like Bitrix24.

Pros

Lots of features, so much promise. It could be a great CRM at a reasonable price. The customer service is excellent, however I have had a technical ticket open for nearly 3 months that is neither resolved nor answered, despite around 10 prompts from me. Tags are useful features. Marketing automation is OK.

Cons

Clunky UI, no WSYWIG editors when taking notes (I can't bold, I can't put in bullets, I can't even italicise). Notes can't be transferred between jobs. You can't invoice a company, only a contact. No integration with Slack, despite it saying so. Integration with LinkedIn is very flakey. Integration with Xero is one way- i.e. you can't generate an invoice in Xero from AgileCRM. Gmail integration is average- it doesn't recognise if the contact is already in the database until you've typed it in.

After using several other CRMs I have found that Agile offers the perfect balance of flexibility and structure I am also REALLy impressed by the marketing and tracking side too.

Cons

Dunno. I haven't found it yet. I had trouble accessing my Gmail but \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] very helpfully suggested that I set it up through Imap. Seems fine and no bother
