Comments: Initially when I started watching this video I thought this is going to be dull but I was thrilled to see the full customer journey. It was explained so simply and made complete sense. Good work. I would love to see another video from the marketers' perspective - analytics - how successful that journey as a whole. How has that increased their sales overall. How do you set up the automated campaign
