Overall, I've found using Adobe Campaign has been positive. This has resulted in much higher open and engagement rates because you can now deeply personalize the content. The setup is daunting; however, the payoff in regard to set up makes it well worthwhile in terms of time.

Pros

By using Adobe Campaigns it's possible to have extremely personalized content for specific audience segments and increase the engagement rates. It has seamless CRM system integration that allows users to simply pull relevant customer data right in to their campaigns for easier targeted email list building.

Cons

The campaign setup can be somewhat complex and may not work for all users, as it takes some time to get its 100% features. It would be nice if templates could have a higher level of customization to be more flexible.

Given I've used stuff like Mailchimp and Constant Contact, Adobe really just outshines all the rest in its robust integration possibilities and way better analytics. Both Mailchimp and Adobe are good products, but Adobe Campaign delivered due to its depth in data analytics and personalization options. In situations where precise customer segmentation is a requirement, like with retail or event promotions, Adobe Campaign excel. But it may struggle in smaller operations with little technical staff because of its complexity.

Adobe Campaign experience is good in day by day campaign management, creation and delivery. The implementation and adoption curve was a little bit more complicated compared to the previous tool. In order to exploit advanced features a constant IT support is required. In order to leverage on campaign insight and kpi we preferred to export raw data on external data visualization tools

Pros

The overall campaign management and advanced workflows management. Also content personalization could be done creating custom content blocks.

The campaign analytics features are below the expectations as well as the integration with other Adobe tools (eg. Adobe Analytics)

This program is fantastic for automating marketing processes. The tool makes managing customer relationships a breeze.

Pros

It has a very friendly interface. By tailoring campaigns throughout the whole network, we can improve every customer's web, email, and mobile phone experience. Customization on various channels for various clients is simple, and workflow and modification are both extremely possible. It also provides us with the option of creating a personalized dashboard that allows us to configure it to our liking and puts all of the capabilities at our fingers.

Cons

The only issue is that you might need to be a little techie to understand the platform and make the best use of it for great results

The most unresponsive, disdainful, anti-client service organisation we have ever dealt with.

Pros

nothing at all. It turned out to be an extremely expensive batch-and-bash email platform.

Cons

Dreadful implementation; links between different modules didn't work; sophisticated segmentation never worked in 2 years. An extremely expensive white elephant.

It is a platform for people who have used similar software and who already have some knowledge, otherwise I don’t considr it user friendly, the learning curve is long, it has many functions and its menu for new users can be confusing, its interface is not the best of all.Another negative point is that it is a platform that is very closed to the Adobe ecosystem.

Although there is not a great deal of customer support, the design and structure of Adobe Campaign is easy to navigate, so newbies don't have to worry too much, getting up to speed is quick and the community using this tool is active.

Pros

With this software we can create attractive and easy to do campaigns, very creative and promising, I consider Adobe Campaign one of the best solutions for marketing, outreach and email. Another great advantage is the templates that are ready to use, and if you are familiar with more Adobe products, you can get the most out of this tool. -It combines conveniently with other Adobe products, such as Adobe Target or Adobe Experience Manager, improving the quality of work, communication and getting better results. -Email campaigns are very effective and easy to update to keep customers up to date on products and services. -We can plan effectively with the right customer data, provided through the infrastructure offered by Adobe Campaign. -Streamline sales channels.

Cons

The support is not the best, communicating mainly by email is not the most accurate for a tool like this, solutions and answers are slower this way. Another unattractive aspect is the price, if the customer support was better or at least existing, the balance would be fairer.

Pros

It is very easy to use with a great user interface for the platform. Emails and landing pages can be built easily with the drag and drop tool, easy to create workflows for marketing automation, segmenting your audiences is another level of adobe campaign and the reporting feature is simply great. SMS and email marketing are also provided as another level from Adobe campaigns with great personalization features and capabilities.

Cons

The only thing which I dislike the most about any adobe platform is its customer support. They are useless. The only reason that we switched was the lack of support from them. In the beginning, they have been good but soon after that, the customer support is just useless.

Pros

Easier to navigate, workflow interface is cool. Seamless integration with third party tools like SFDC, Dynamics CRM Web tracking and automated workflows are some of the features that I really love about this product.

Cons

At times it is Slow while starting up. Apart from that, I don't see any issues with this tool.

\- has the intuitive UX that you come to expect from Adobe products. Very slick, attractive interface that is easy to use and fun to learn - vast array of essential marketing tools, from analytics to campaign management. Also includes some very nice to have features, such as a mobile app, customisation and personalisation options - integrations with other products is invaluable

Cons

\- the price is steep, but considering the brand name and the fantastic functionality, it is not a surprise. Definitely not a solution for small marketing depts - the sheer amount of functions in this product may be intimidating to some and put them off

I have been able to successfully launch a number of highly targeted and multi faceted email campaigns. I have found the process of learning the program and making the most of its many features a bit time consuming at first, but after a while I'm able to better understand all that it has to offer.

Pros

The ability to use some of the more advanced features that help you engage on a new level with email subscribers; these features include dynamic content, AI powered emails and triggered emails.

Cons

I have been looking for ways to automate reports that help us understand our email and landing page metrics; some reporting processes are often manual and take more time than I would like to complete.

Pros

Campaign functions all exist, and that's great BUT many of them are difficult to find and less practical than they seem they should be. Is possible our team just hasn't been able to take advantage of the proper tutorials because we are very busy, but it is very involved software. I appreciate that it has reporting though.

Cons

It's no better than other software we've used in the past. I'm just not really impressed. As someone who uses a lot of adobe products and really appreciates the functionality, this is lackluster.

Is the best tool to have control of advertising campaigns helps detect users or customers and allows direct contact with them.

Pros

This platform allows me to create, execute and follow advertising campaigns on channels, you can send messages and send private messages with new profile options, your preferences and needs. Put the ability to safely select the right audience to send the expected message. At the same time it allows you to create operational reports to track the impact of the campaign and pilot your solution.

Cons

I really do not see cons in the program I have been using it for a while and each version outperforms the other, excellent tool for marketing management.

We have used Adobe Marketing Cloud to make our marketing content uniformly on-brand across different channels. It has greatly improved our workflows and helped our teams deliver exception content on time and beyond expectation.

Cons

We found that the onboarding process was slow at first. Some of our designers wanted to work exclusively within the Creative Cloud initially. However, once we cleared these initial hurdles, we have been very pleased with the results.
