Just small things like that availability list does not put things in dated order. There is no place on the individual account to add notes about the residents.

I like resman due to the simple yet effective interface. I also appreciate how the company is constantly improving it.

Cons

If I had to pick something it would be not being able to have a dark mode as the white can cause strains on the eye

Pros

Reporting features, tenant profile, the software is laid out well. I like the ledger and recurring charges.

They have terrible customer service, they don’t answer and won’t call us back to answer our questions.

ResMan allows for easy use, great reports, good ways to "personalize" my dashboard to make moving around easier, integrates with MRI for our background checks, and the best part is the great customer service!

Pros

ResMan is such a user-friendly program with some great features (one that I like the most is the mass messaging that I can do through the software) plus great customer service! Whenever I have any question or an issue, I always get a very rapid response.

Cons

I have used many software programs and I honestly cannot think of one negative with this program.

I enjoy the structure and user friendliness of ResMan. It allows for effective bulk communication and even offers step by step training kept at your disposal. The reports are also very helpful with the ability to also create customized reports.

Cons

There is not one thing I dislike about ResMan or would recommend to ResMan at this time.

Again, it is very user friendly so coming from YARDI it is a dream come true. Very to the point and there aren't 10 steps to get one task completed. It also doesn't take forever to run all the reports needed for month end.

Pros

Extremely user friendly! Easy to access reports...The initial use of Resman is simple, searching a person by name or apartment number is extremely helpful and it is the easiest to navigate in comparison to YARDI or Onesite.

Cons

Since we are a two phase property, there is no way to integrate the wait list. So, when someone gets on our wait list we have to manually enter it many times depending on the floorplan they are seeking.

It's been great, I love it! not hard to learn, it provides you with tutorials and reman university!!

Pros

Resman has been by far my favorite software. Costumer service when an issue arises, they are quick to respond and assist with help. From my position, collection and financials, Resman makes it easy to pull specific reports and contacting resident via text, email or calls.

Cons

You have to be careful with editing, making changes, because it can mess with financial reports. But it is still a great tool to ensure that everyone stays on top of their work and calculations.

I am very pleased and love using ResMan. Moving from property to property easy to maneuver around. Payments are easy to process.

Pros

Easy to use, the customer service team is AWESOME. the look of the software easy to read. Easy to move around in software

Cons

Does not provide some reports that our company needs. When you need to void a check, no option to have that on the check register. The knowledge center would be better if the wording would be easier to find what issue your having. When you type what you're looking for it will not bring up the topic you need. It would be great if there were options for Memorized transactions.

It was challenging at first, especially trying to find and navigate through all the different tabs and features. The layout felt overwhelming in the beginning, and it took time to understand where everything was located. However, as I became more familiar with the system, it started to feel less complicated and more intuitive. Now, it truly feels like my own ecosystem, where each tab has a clear purpose and fits into my workflow. What once seemed confusing has become second nature, making navigation faster and more efficient with regular use.

Pros

The accessibility of the platform is one of its strongest features. I really appreciate how all third-party tools are fully integrated, eliminating the need to constantly switch between different applications or systems. Having everything centralized in one place makes navigation intuitive and significantly improves efficiency. Tasks that would normally take extra time feel much smoother and more streamlined. The integrations work seamlessly, without interruptions or compatibility issues, which enhances the overall user experience. This level of accessibility not only saves time but also reduces complexity, making the platform easier to adopt and use daily, even for users with varying levels of technical expertise.

Cons

With the new update, I don’t like how the boardroom view is zoomed in. The increased zoom makes it harder to see the full layout at once, which affects overall visibility and ease of use. Important details feel cramped on the screen, and navigating between sections now requires more scrolling and adjustments than before. This change disrupts the workflow that previously felt smooth and intuitive. While the update may have been intended to improve focus or readability, it instead reduces clarity and efficiency for users who rely on a broader view. A customizable zoom option would greatly improve this experience.

Pros

I have used 6 different Property Management software systems in my 10 year career as an asset manager. Resman is by far my favorite for overall ease of use and tracking KPI's. The dashboard is customizable which is beneficial when you only have a brief period of time for review. Pulling reports is far easier than Real Page or Yardi whose software is clunky.

Cons

Does not have graphs that are downloadable to show KPI trends. We used a proprietary software program called Fortress that had this on the landing page and it was visually very appealing.

I’ve been working with ResMan for about 6 months. I’m new to leasing, but the system has been very easy to use and navigate. There are still some functions I’m learning, but I definitely feel like I’m getting more confident with it every day.

Pros

ResMan has been a great tool for property management. It’s easy to use and helps me keep everything organized. I can quickly receive and track resident reports, and I love how multifunctional the platform is. So far, it’s been a very helpful and efficient system!

Cons

My overall experience with ResMan has been great. I work as an Assistant Property Manager and the delinquency reports keep me on track as well as the ease of use when tenants move-out, put in vacate notices, and being able to place evictions in the system.

Pros

What I like most about ResMan is it's Ease of Use, Lease Management, Navigation, and Property Management.

Cons

I honestly can not think of anything I like least about ResMan. ResMan equals ease of use to me as well as my colleagues.

Pros

Once you get the hang of it, the system is very intuitive. All solutions are available in one place.

Cons

It takes a while to catch on. The new interfere is a little easier to grasps. As well, there is no built in CRM system.

It has been pretty good. I like how it is laid out and it is easy to use. It has a lot of useful tools to.

Pros

It is mostly user friendly and does what we need it to. I find most tasks that I need to complete on Resman to be easy to figure out. I am constantly discovering new features. I also am not a fan of how quickly it times out. Having to use multiple websites for this job, I find myself having to sign back in multiple times while working on the same thing and loosing time, and progress on what I was working on. It would be nice if there were time-out settings so you could extend the time if wanted.

Cons

How bright the background is. Id love to see a "Dark mode" option like a lot of websites are moving towards. It is one of the few applications I use for work that I cant set specifically to dark mode. Our industry operates out of a variety of workspaces, so having the option to switch to dark mode when the lighting changes would be great for a lot of people.

How easy it is to look up residents and here are many different tools resman gives you to use and look up things such as renters' insurance and you can see how many units that are left to lease.

There is nothing I dislike about Resman. I have no bad opinion on Resman it's self I think it is a great software system to look up residents

It's very easy to learn, easy to train others well. It's efficient and straightforward. I like the resident profiles because everything is in one placee

Wish you could customize more, especially reporting. I do with the look of the software itself was more professional, the loud colors and fonts seem kind of juvenile.

I used a lot of software's for my job over the last 12 years. Resman has definitely been one of the easiest for me in my experience to navigate and has helped me becoming more successful and organized with daily task or finding out any information on a resident or employer.

Organization Easy to Navigate Can be accessible on your phone from a browser Budget Variance set up easy

Cons

Somethings are restricted if you're not a manager or director Make ready board and Availability can switch within a couple minutes or even hours during the day.

Easy to use for the Management Company and for Residents. I like that Residents can submit their work orders online and pay their rent with through ResMan. Makes it easier.

Cons

I wish I could Search Resident Vehicles by License Plate and Parking Permit numbers. It would make it easier to determine which cars belong in what parking spaces.

I like Resman very much, of course it isn't perfect but it is easy to catch on and easy to navigate during daily uses.

Pros

Nothing is "permanent" in the sense of, if you make a mistake there are easy steps to be able to either reverse it or counter what was done. It is also very user friendly; easy to find what you need even if you've never used it before.

Cons

The reports for leasing is kind to read and navigate. Example, trying to find accurate number of tours and who toured is hard to find clearly and accurately.

It’s user friendly features! I never used resman before, but it was really easy to to use and maneuver throughout all the features and pages

Cons

Probably the tech-support or customer service aspect whatever I’m trying to get screening completed through resman I have a really hard time getting that completed or I have a lot of tech issues with that
