It is easy to navigate and understand. Everything is just a click or two away. Pros I like the overall ease of navigation and that I am able to use/have open multiple real time tabs at once. As far as using it for the current residents- there is a feature where you can send a pay link to the resident so that they can pay the exact amount you enter and still have them locked out the portal Pros ResMAn is user friendly and CRM allows for automatic response which saves a lot of time from having to manually respond to each individual prospect. Cons HELP - Easy Answers/ Topics could provide more detailed information. ALtho9ugh this is an administrative error, I would like to have more access without having to wait for approval. Pros The ease of use and lease management. The system is very easy to navigate and train new staff. The systems set up for support is nice too. Customer serv ice is excellent. Pros User friendly, representatives are knowledgeable, eager to assist, chat and the support team, with a callback when needed. It's pretty straight forward and easy to train others. Pros It's very easy to learn, easy to train others well. It's efficient and straightforward. I like the resident profiles because everything is in one placee Cons Wish you could customize more, especially reporting. Makes reports available and easy to understand. Pros The accuracy of getting things done. Reporting made easy, everything titled for quick access. Everything easy to find. Resman has never ever gave me any issues, it is safe, easy, and good to move around Pros How easy it is to look up residents and here are many different tools resman gives you to use and look up things such as renters' insurance and you can see how many units that are left to lease. I would definitely recommend this Software to other Property management companies Pros Easy to use for the Management Company and for Residents. I like that Residents can submit their work orders online and pay their rent with through ResMan. Makes it easier. " May 14, 2025 5.0 I think ResMan is my favorite platform that I have used, its super easy to navigate around and does not time out every two minutes. Pros I love ResMan because it is very easy to navigate. I also love how you can personalize your home page, my assistant manager, and leasing all have theirs different than mine. Cons I guess the only this would be that it does not sync up with our CRM and we have to double work to ensure proper numbers for reports. Cons Probably the customer service. They take too long to respond and they give you too many circles. Pros Nothing is "permanent" in the sense of, if you make a mistake there are easy steps to be able to either reverse it or counter what was done. It is also very user friendly; easy to find what you need even if you've never used it before. Cons The reports for leasing is kind to read and navigate. Cons At times ResMan does not load and you have to log out of the website several times for it work. It is very frustrating especially when on a time crunch. Pros Very easy to use. The new update brought some bugs but it was quickly fixed. The Resman training offered was very helpful and the trainer was lovely. Cons One issue I have noticed is sometimes when searching for people or apartments numbers the individual will not pop up. Sometimes the person pops up with the apartment number. Sometimes with the name. Sometimes with the phone number. At the end we always are able to pull them up but sometimes it gets tricky. Review Source RP Roberto P. It has alot of options and your staff is willing to add features at any time Pros Its very easy to use. I like being able to open a new sign in page to access something I forgot to do and it holds memory of what iI was doing. Cons I'll have to think about this question. The team does revert quickly and has good support & help videos, too. Pros Backend reporting is an array of integrations that make life much easier if you use multiple vendors or software. Cons The dashboard can be improved by adding more features and access to configure the available charts. The speed of refreshing or bringing specific reports sometimes takes a few seconds and can be improved. There is no mobile app, and this is, IMO, the most significant opportunity for the ResMan team. It is very User friendly, within the first 15 minutes on the software you will become a pro. Pros It is very User friendly. Everything is very easy to find. Also the reports are very helpful. It is nice not to have to use 4 different software programs to accomplish what Resman can. Cons There is only one thing I dislike about Resman and it is a personal preference.
