It is easy to navigate and understand. Everything is just a click or two away. Pros I like the overall ease of navigation and that I am able to use/have open multiple real time tabs at once. Cons There tends to be a lot of small glitches. I feel there could be more options in regard to the reports section. Review Source LM Lex M. It has a lot of useful tools to. Pros It is mostly user friendly and does what we need it to. I find most tasks that I need to complete on Resman to be easy to figure out. I am constantly discovering new features. I also am not a fan of how quickly it times out. Having to use multiple websites for this job, I find myself having to sign back in multiple times while working on the same thing and loosing time, and progress on what I was working on. It would be nice if there were time-out settings so you could extend the time if wanted. Cons How bright the background is. Id love to see a "Dark mode" option like a lot of websites are moving towards. It is one of the few applications I use for work that I cant set specifically to dark mode. Our industry operates out of a variety of workspaces, so having the option to switch to dark mode when the lighting changes would be great for a lot of people. Review Source CG Cody G. We were recently considering Yardi and Appfolio as we were looking at another property, but stuck with Resman because of how easy it is to use! Pros I definitely is a high-value for the money that we spend monthly! Very grateful for it's ease of use. January 28, 2025 5.0 It has been very easy and so far, the best program I have worked with that is very user friendly and easy to navigate through. Pros I love how you can easily navigate through the system. How you are able to click on hyperlinks to get to where you need to go. How it is integrated with leasing listing companies to help with the properties with leasing. Able to make corrections on invoices. Able to open up closed periods if you need to go back to a past period to make corrections. This is very user friendly and easy for even owners to see the occupancy, delinquency and trends. Applications are easy to manage through the system as well. Cons Some reports like the trailing do not always come out on the owner's report packet so you have to run it again separately. Resman has never ever gave me any issues, it is safe, easy, and good to move around Pros How easy it is to look up residents and here are many different tools resman gives you to use and look up things such as renters' insurance and you can see how many units that are left to lease. Resman has definitely been one of the easiest for me in my experience to navigate and has helped me becoming more successful and organized with daily task or finding out any information on a resident or employer. Pros Organization Easy to Navigate Can be accessible on your phone from a browser Budget Variance set up easy Cons Somethings are restricted if you're not a manager or director Make ready board and Availability can switch within a couple minutes or even hours during the day. A great software for property owners and property managers that provides so many features to allow customizable reports. Pros Straight forward, many options for viewing different reports with specific date ranges, and easy to use. Great resource to use to run reports snd manage leases. Makes reports available and easy to understand. Pros The accuracy of getting things done. Reporting made easy, everything titled for quick access. Everything easy to find. Work orders are easy to place into ResMan for our Maintenance team to receive and begin working on our work orders. Pros Navigating the website is easy. I haven't had any problems accessing work orders that I have put in to be completed. Cons The easy access and navigation of the website. " May 14, 2025 5.0 I think ResMan is my favorite platform that I have used, its super easy to navigate around and does not time out every two minutes. Pros I love ResMan because it is very easy to navigate. I also love how you can personalize your home page, my assistant manager, and leasing all have theirs different than mine. Cons I guess the only this would be that it does not sync up with our CRM and we have to double work to ensure proper numbers for reports. Pros Nothing is "permanent" in the sense of, if you make a mistake there are easy steps to be able to either reverse it or counter what was done. It is also very user friendly; easy to find what you need even if you've never used it before. Cons The reports for leasing is kind to read and navigate. Cons At times ResMan does not load and you have to log out of the website several times for it work. It is very frustrating especially when on a time crunch. February 6, 2025 5.0 It's been great. quick response time when submitting tickets or calling. I love the pop up that tells of any updates too. Pros It's user friendly and easy to use. Transparent and plays well with Intergrations. Cons some of the reports, I don't know where the numbers pull from. Also, I don't like that on the permissions settings when I'm trying to figure out if I should allow the permissions or not, some of the descriptions for the permissions are vague so i just check it and hope for the best. lol! Alternatives considered [Entrata](https://www.capterra.com/p/20372/Entrata/) Reason for choosing ResMan the demo showed us the easy and transparent use of it. Also, the pricing was more in line with what we were budgeted for and the customer service that was provided to us while we demo'd other products was good. Pros Very easy to use. The new update brought some bugs but it was quickly fixed. The Resman training offered was very helpful and the trainer was lovely. Cons One issue I have noticed is sometimes when searching for people or apartments numbers the individual will not pop up. Sometimes the person pops up with the apartment number. Sometimes with the name. Sometimes with the phone number. At the end we always are able to pull them up but sometimes it gets tricky. Review Source AP Angela P. It is very User friendly, within the first 15 minutes on the software you will become a pro. Pros It is very User friendly. Everything is very easy to find. Also the reports are very helpful. It is nice not to have to use 4 different software programs to accomplish what Resman can. Cons There is only one thing I dislike about Resman and it is a personal preference.
