There are multiple different options to find what you need. Cons Only con I have now is the new layout, I liked how the previous layout was more centralized, it made navigating things easier. I was used to AppFolio, and ResMan is very similar, which made the transition easier. Pros One of the features I like the most is the Search bar. It makes everything so much easier, especially when I'm completing a report. It really helps me find information quickly. Cons One thing I least like about ResMan is that it tends to glitch occasionally. I've noticed it has been reversing work orders at times, which can be frustrating. Switched from [AppFolio Property Manager](https://www.capterra.com/p/92228/AppFolio-Property-Manager/) Per corporate, ResMan was chosen as an all-in-one package that works better for the company. I can move out and In and approve, I can limit peoples access and what not. Pros I can send bulk messages, text and email in one place. All the residents can see and acknowledge as well. We do not have to open multiple systems to get things completed. Cons The system only allows certain number of staff members to access Resman support. Pros Easy to use multifamily software and self explanatory. Everything Integrates making it so much easier for the workflow. It’s a reliable and efficient platform that makes property management more organized and productive. While some tasks could be more streamlined, the benefits far outweigh the drawbacks. It has definitely improved our workflow. Pros What I like most about Resman is how easy and intuitive it is to use. The interface is user-friendly, and even someone without much technical experience can quickly learn to navigate the system. It opens up more time for us to do other things. Pros Easiest software in my 30+ years in this industry. I have worked with three other software and this one is the most simplified. It has been easy to learn and easy to use! it is super quick and efficient and it saves so much time! Pros It is simple and easy to move in. You can find whatever you need with out spending an hour searching. communication with residents is also awesome! So all information are there to view. Pros Accurate, updated and can close issues without hassle Cons None so far with my usage with it. Everyday after punching in, I would open up Resman to update me regarding any issues that was lodged after hours, otherwise for other issues that has got to be resolved will remain with Resman until it is address. Overall, it has a nice layout, and the texting feature is my top one as of now Pros Resman is easy to navigate and straight to the point. I know there are certain things that come with steps in case you forget how to do something Cons Sometimes the system will have small errors for example warning me I don't have access to certain things, but I do. Pros It is perfect for managing your rental properties, easy to use and it can easily integrate with a lot of softwares and websites. Although some features are limited, especially bulk add/change features, they listen to our suggestions and consider those for system upgrades. Cons There are times when the support team is not that helpful but they do have a really nice Help Center where you can search for topics that may have the answers to your questions by simply typing in keywords. And I think especially with having to train folks to use it all the time that is an important aspect of any property management software. Cons Probably just document management in general.
