The best RPA Tool I've seen so far, would definitely recommend it. but it takes a bit of time to learn the quirks of the tool.

Pros

The amount of functionality is simply amazing. The Recording and Scraping functions are great and work really reliably. Modifying processes is a breeze. The various deep integrations into other programs are great: Excel, Mail, PDF, Databases, Python, no problem at all. And if you need something else, there is probably a third party package, such as for the Telegram API.

Cons

I had to build processes for very specific special cases, and you do reach the limit of UiPath quickly in those cases, but so far I always managed find a work around. Also in some very specific functions there are either bugs or insufficient documentation. There are some things that appear to be implemented, but no one I know ever managed to get them running. If used for Data Scraping, the Data processing tools could be improved (For example comparing it to the functionality of pentaho)

Cons

Uipath helped our organisation in performing daily excel tasks more efficiently and fast. I can say there is good increase in productivity.

Pros

Uipath provides a free academy for every individual to learn and bring awareness among the tool and it's uses. The video classes and tests will provide ease of understanding. The scraping wizards and excels automations help in mimicking daily time taking tasks. Over all Uipath is easy to handle and user friendly. An individual with no coding knowledge can also master Uipath.

Cons

There exists no drawabacks with Uipath studio. But providing some more video classes in the academy would be helpful.

UI is neat, Configuration with Orchestrator is easy, UiExplorer is very helpful, Drag and Drop activities reduce coding efforts. Overall Community Edition is awesome.

Cons

Debug mode needs improvement, Terminal Automation is slow, UiPath gets slow when multiple xaml are open.

We use UiPath to perform automated data entry to customers accounting. Some of our clients use an accounting system that can not be integrated through SDK. Prior to UiPath we developed our own application but it required custom work for each client and it wasn't quite as robust as UiPath. Now the process is automated and works faster and what's more important, more reliable, with possibly several hundred transactions every day. Lots of FTE's saved and great overall experience.

In outlook account there is lot of emails there will be need to filter the particular email and download the particular pdf from that mail and scrapping some needfull details from pdf and updating in the website while storing the details by excel , and uploading that downloaded pdf in acknowledgement website of the client and sending a mail based on process completion or not for response

Pros

Uipath is easy RPA learning tool and Helping the people who have less coding knowledge to develop the process of automation by Uipath academy videos.

Cons

OCR Engine is not an accurate while scraping the details from scanned images

Working with other RPA tools, Ui Path stand as my best tool yet. It works very intuitive, a lot of package available to install and the training + forum + community support make this tool the best one available.

Pros

The way Ui Path let's you create the solution trough flowcharts, sequences and state machines, is just wonderfull. They way it interacts with other applications and how the support community is working together, brings the best experience to develop solutions.

Cons

Only windows support for now and some bugs and failures with the Orchestrator in Community Edition. But nothing to worry about.

I have used UiPath during my college hours as a student while learning how to implement Robotic Process Automation. It gave me confidence and their "Academy" available online was really helpful.

Pros

UiPath is a quick to learn tool that can help automate your daily tasks and work with simple initialization. Their "Academy" section teaches every basics that you can need so you are almost never lost and know what you are doing. UiPath has extensions that are compatible with your browser which allows for easy data scarping or extraction. So in the same regards you can set up your routine by pre-programming your requirements.

Cons

Some cons that could be talked about is the layout which could look complex at first before getting used to the windows.
