Apesar de o sistema não ter sido desenhado para os ambientes de DC, graças a sua versatilidade está sendo possível adapta-lo a este uso. Pros O sistema é muito versátil e controla diversos aspectos da manutenção, não só as ordens de serviço, mas o pedido, controle de SLA, controle de documentação. Além de realizar o controle de estoque. Cons Devido ao número de funções que ele tem, a complexidade é bem alta. Sem o treinamento formal é impossível operar o Engeman. Muito intuitivo e fácil de utilizar. Cons Ainda utilizei muito pouco a ferramenta então vou relatar um ponto que o meu time comenta. Eles relataram a dificuldade de utilização do engeman através do tablet, dizendo que não carregava os dados e quando carregava não "puxava" todas as informações. Agora que eu fui treinado pelo Marco acredito que vou poder contribuir para este projeto em minha empresa.
