A few questions were asked at the time of set up but since then there has been very little need to contact customer service. On the odd occasion we have contacted them, they have come across as extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The ease of setup of rules kept us from creating multiple 'if this than that' senarios. The message box popups one after another became too much of a hindrence. I wrote an HTML page 'Quick view & Error check' using vbscript to check and display any issues with the quote. Response from Vendor August 26, 2015 Thank you for taking the time to post the review of our free ConnectIt-Workflow QuoteWerks Validation module add-on. I understand the complex 'if this than that' scenarios that you were trying to achieve and that (although pretty powerful for relatively simple validations) ConnectIt wasn¿t quite up to meeting your requirements. As a Product which we provide free of charge to any QuoteWerks User, it was (and still is!) difficult for us to justify investing time enhancing it any further than it already is.
