Overall, my experience has been positive. It does what it's supposed to do and has been reliable for managing online training. It isn't the most modern-looking LMS, but once you learn how it works, it's easy enough to use and gets the job done.

Pros

I liked that it's flexible and has the features we needed to manage training in one place. It was fairly easy to organize courses, keep track of learners, and monitor progress. Once I became familiar with the platform, using it became part of my routine.

Cons

The interface feels a bit outdated in some areas, and it took some time to figure out where everything was. A few tasks could be more intuitive, so there was definitely a learning curve at the beginning.

Overall, my experience with Forma LMS has been good. It’s a solid platform for managing employee training and online learning, especially for companies that want customization without spending too much on licensing. There’s definitely a learning curve at the beginning, but once you get familiar with it, the platform does its job well and offers a lot of useful features.

Pros

What I liked most about Forma LMS is how flexible it is. It has all the main features needed for employee training, like course management, quizzes, certificates, reporting, and SCORM support. I also liked that it’s open source, which makes it more affordable compared to many other LMS platforms. Once everything is set up, it works reliably and gives good control over users and training progress.

Cons

The biggest downside for me was the interface. It feels a bit outdated and not always very intuitive, especially for new users. The setup process can also be time-consuming if you don’t have technical experience, and I noticed a few minor bugs during customization and updates.

Overall, my experience with Forma LMS has been mixed. It works well for basic course delivery and user management, but the interface feels outdated and can be confusing to navigate at first. Overall, my experience with Forma LMS has been positive. It works well for employee training and managing internal learning programs. The platform provides good features for tracking progress, organizing courses, and managing users. Updates and improvements are released from time to time, which help improve performance and stability. While the interface could be more modern, the system still delivers good value for money and serves as a reliable LMS for companies that need a customizable training solution.

Pros

What I liked most about Forma LMS is its flexibility and strong focus on corporate training. The platform offers many useful features like course management, user tracking, and reporting, which makes employee training easier to organize and monitor. It is also open-source, which provides great value for money because companies can customize it according to their needs without paying very high licensing costs. The system is fairly secure and supports integrations that help manage learning programs efficiently. Overall, it’s a good solution for organizations looking for a practical and scalable learning management system.

Cons

One thing that could be improved is the user interface, which sometimes feels a bit outdated compared to modern LMS platforms.
