Pros Students and visitors are able to print badges and we do not have to handwrite them anymore. The system also keeps track of the check-in and out. Cons One feature that could be improved is the language. It is not as user-friendly as it should be. We do not have the option to add features.Reports are not recording accurately. Cons Occasionally the printers for the labels will jam. When this happens, it is very hard to remove the stuck label from the rollers. It's a big help for teachers, counselors, and our social worker to look for patterns with tardies and absences. Cons This isn't a software issue, but we have a lot of issues with the Dymo printer jamming.
