iVisitor Management

## What is iVisitor Management?

Ident-A-Kid's easy-to-use K12 school visitor management software, iVisitor Management (IVM), secures and streamlines your office by tracking all visitor, volunteer, staff, and student check-ins. Security is enhanced through the use of proprietary badges that include a current photo of the visitor and all pertinent check-in information. IVM is also a sexual offender alert system. The system can scan a visitor's driver's license and quickly check the government offender's database.

It is basic but serves the purpose for the most part.

Pros

Students and visitors are able to print badges and we do not have to handwrite them anymore. The system also keeps track of the check-in and out.

Cons

One feature that could be improved is the language. It is not as user-friendly as it should be. We do not have the option to add features.Reports are not recording accurately.

Great product with a support team that shows concern about our overall process.

Pros

The software allows us to update the students and change sign in/out options to best speed up the process of the user/student signing in/out without using paper/pencil/pen.

Cons

Initial setup was not smooth, but support worked with us in getting it set up.

Very pleased with this system.

Pros

This product is very easy to use and navigate through. It is also a great way to maintain accurate and easily accessible records and reports.

Cons

Occasionally the printers for the labels will jam. When this happens, it is very hard to remove the stuck label from the rollers.

Pros

My favorite thing about the software is how easy it is to run reports with School Manager. It's a big help for teachers, counselors, and our social worker to look for patterns with tardies and absences.

Cons

This isn't a software issue, but we have a lot of issues with the Dymo printer jamming.

I like the ease of using this program. You able to custom fit it to your needs. Very few issues.

When matching to an individual after scanning a license, I would like the match to be a little closer so that it doesn't alert as often. (Like same birthday for example

Pros

I like being able to pull reports and sync my students online rather than trying get straight from the program itself.

Cons

We currently have a stock pile of Visitor labels and since the program has changed our labels no longer totally support the program printer...the labels are too large.
