Since I've been starting to pay it feels like it has went down hill. Doesn't calculate mortgage payments for you anymore, tenants don't disappear from transactions, can't erase amounts to change them very easily, and if there is any issue customer service won't respond until it's been at LEAST 2 emails sent minimum.
