It allows us to do a high volume of business with a small team, some of us working remotely, but we can all see clearly what is going on as it's all tracked in Woodhub. Pros Main plus - data is entered once, then all processes flow from that. Inbound purchased product moves into a sale to our customer, which triggers shipping planning and booking, which morphs into an invoice which then keeps track of the payment and customer's outstanding credit status. Cons It may not be immediately intuitive to start working in, but once the processes are understood it's a very powerful tool.
