Using Employee Navigator to manage your own benefits package is fantastic. I can easily access and manage my elections throughout the year without feeling like I'm "bugging" my internal HR department.

Pros

The ability to see all of my elections clearly and in one place.

Cons

I haven't experienced anything negative.
