When using software of this nature that is often a problem but most of the time everything is working as it should Cons No real cons. For what we use it for it works great. April 28, 2018 5.0 Pros Interface is very intuitive and the product is easy to use. You have solved previous issues that didn´t allow videos to be played while using Chrome. Cons The software used to have compatibility issues and wouldn´t play video on Chrome. I had to open an IE window to watch the videos. May 1, 2018 5.0 The software made it very easy to review candidates and compare them to each other in a consistent and methodical fashion. Pros I really liked how the software was stable and functioned very consistently. I was never surprised by any bugs or hiccups. Cons I honestly can't think of anything specific about the software that I didn't like. My use of the software was quite limited, so not much could go wrong. We ask a few questions and they answer in both video and written formats. Each type of response provides unique information such as their pacing in responses, content, and ability to convey information in written form in a succinct way. Pros Easy to use, and reliable. Allows all team members to have access to appropriate information about potential future students in a format that works well. Cons I don't think it's the software, but on occasion we do have some trouble with the video/audio quality. Pros The ability to have links per profile - makes it easier to create and follow lists of candidates. Cons The volume isn't always the best for the videos. The layout of all the buttons and tabs was very intuitive and easy to follow. Cons Sometimes the video or sound did not work. It may have an issue on my end but other users at our school sometimes experienced the same problem. With a large ESL applicant population, it was impossible to personally interview each candidate so this provided an easy tool to evaluate language proficiency of those we couldn't speak to. Cons It became cumbersome to send out another invite if the user happened to make a mistake in registration. User interface was very friendly, as I was able to see where to start working on right away. 2. I was able to stream the videos and read the essays written by the 3rd party who was using the software to apply for the position. 3. Never had trouble logging in and out of the system. Cons There could have been more coaching sessions or orientation efforts for new users at the beginning. Cons Kira is not compatible on mobile device which for most of the candidates is sometime inconvenient. the filtering options can be improved instead of having all the results in one folders they should provide the categorization of the results as a feature (date, name, ...) It just makes for a better admission process. Pros I like the fact that the questions randomize for the interviews so that it really allows for a custom experience and a fair experience in the interview process. Cons It sometimes took a few extra clicks to get people assigned to reviewers and I felt like that slowed me down, but overall the platform is easy to use and navigate. The videos were helpful in gathering insight about candidates. The rating system was simple to use. Cons Enhance functionality. Features were kind of cumbersome and slow.
