Comments: We started using List Master CRM at my nonprofit, Hand in Hand: Center for Jewish-Arab Education in Israel, as a way to send and track HTML mass emails. Our staff, board and volunteers need a system that is super easy and intuitive. In addition, we are on an extremely tight budget. List Master does everything we need it to do, and our office manager, online communications manager and executive director (the only employees in the states) can all use it with ease. The fact that it's cloud-based with unlimited users and unlimited records is a huge plus.

List Master doesn't look as fancy or as pretty as a lot of the CRMs on the market. This could be a turn-off. But once you become familiar with the system, you will see how easy it is. The owner, Adam, is always personally available for your questions and concerns -- and he's amazing at adding features to the system to meet your organization or businesses personal needs.
