Pros: We use forumbee for our Community as a Church as an alternative to social media sites. Its more organized and targeted for discussions and questions asked by the parishioners. It has created a private space where people can post about relevant topics. I'm not sure if anyone else has considered using a forum style software for something like a Parish But it has brought us together (especially the younger crowd) in a whole new way. Get creative with it!

Cons: It can be a little difficult to keep track of all of the users. I feel it can visually become a little cluttered and disorganized.

Pros: Everything. We tried multiple forum providers including Plush, Mobilize, Facebook Groups, and Vanilla Forums. All for different reasons, none of these guys were able to meet our needs. ForumBee literally has everything that we were looking for to support our 6000+ member community. We are so thankful for them, and we highly recommend them.

Cons: The largest downside to ForumBee is their unwillingness to connect on the phone. I can appreciate the value of them doing this; however, it's been a frustration for us to not be able to develop a deeper relationship with them. We want to be a part of making ForumBee better, but it's going to be difficult when all communication is based in email.
