It's a wonderful product with staff members who have extensive knowledge about this software. **Pros:** Well-written directions and great search function help me find the topic I need. The SignUp customer service is outstanding! They usually resolve my issues within just a few hours, even on a weekend. The user interface is very user-friendly. **Cons:** I do not have any issues at all with SignUp. I just wish I had found them sooner. I was a previous user of SignUpGenius and my users really struggled with it. I must say I am getting better at it, feeling more confident. The hardest part was getting it started again for we have a season from Sept. - May and the dates change, our needs change so I need to tweak the schedule and assignments for each session we have. But it works well once you get the volunteers to use it. Some are older and never seem to get the hang of it, but that is just an age thing. They still think if you press the wrong button you lose everything. **Pros:** Can set up the next season using previous years set up! **Cons:** Not sure I have a con I feel the need to list!
