I would definitely use this again and recommend it to everyone. I did not need customer support fortunately and emails were sent to individuals so not exposing others email information. **Pros:** The site is FREE. There are other "pay for" options within but I did not need them for this purpose. It showed me how many registered, and I was able to lock registration and send messages to registrants. The provided QR code was a great plus too. **Cons:** The least liked aspect were the ads. It's a wonderful product with staff members who have extensive knowledge about this software. **Pros:** Well-written directions and great search function help me find the topic I need. The SignUp customer service is outstanding! They usually resolve my issues within just a few hours, even on a weekend. The user interface is very user-friendly. **Cons:** I do not have any issues at all with SignUp. I just wish I had found them sooner. I was a previous user of SignUpGenius and my users really struggled with it.
