" **Overall:** I am new to using this website and its features so I still have some trouble using it from time to time however the ease that it provides me to plan and coordinate activities at work is still worth the extra time to figure out how to use it. **Pros:** I use sign up genius at work frequently to collaborate with other employees to complete group events such as potlucks, baby showers, etc. I am newer to using this website and then features that it offers but I was able to figure it out without any use of customer support. So far I have been able to use this site for free but I do think there are additional things that you can pay for if you were using it more frequently. It has been very helpful when setting up and coordinating events to manage volunteering and participation easier. **Cons:** I do feel like there is a bit of a learning curve when starting use this website. The features and directions are not very clearly described and I frequently have to use a trial and error method to find out what exactly I want to use. I especially like that it sends reminder emails, which help people follow through. Overall, it is an efficient and reliable way to manage events and donations. **Cons:** The free version of SignUpGenius has ads that can be distracting, and some advanced features require a paid upgrade. The design looks dated compared to other platforms, and deleting a spot does not always remove the entire row, which can be confusing.
