Overall, the program is difficult to navigate. A lot of employees tell me they think they are done with their courses, but they actually still have some left. It's difficult for them to see that on their home page. However, the customer service team at Schoox is unbeatable! They are always there to help you and they actually read and listen to your issue before sending back automatic replies.

Pros

My favorite thing about Schoox is the customer service. Any time I have an issue, I can open a ticket quickly and I hear back from someone same day.

Cons

My least favorite thing about schoox was ease of use. Because there are so many options for customization, it can make the software difficult to navigate as a course creator.

I came on after purchase and after it was fully built and customized for us. From my perspective it's been great. I think it can be overwhelming with what Schoox wants you to be doing with their software, but their support is tremendous and they take the time to explain things to you well.

Pros

For an LMS it's pretty turnkey and fulfills our needs very well. It does a good job of storing all of our files for the various courses and a great job of working with our API to communicate with our internal systems and other partnerships we have.

Cons

I can't say I'm fan of the heavy AI direction they are turning into. I think focusing so much on that, in a market that is going to be flooded with it soon enough, is going to leave them exposed if not done properly.

Overall I feel like the level of training and learning received is the dame for those who are in higher levels. The program has no respect of persons.

Pros

that it focuses on those who want to learn 1st. You could tell because it shows in the progress of those who seek to learn.

Cons

there was nothing that I necessarily did not like. I am utilizing the program accordingly to my advantage to increase skills.

My overall experience with Schoox, was great , besides the sign outs everything went smoothly. From assigning tasks to completing and signing off, this is a great application for the workplace.

Pros

I have used both sides of this application, assigning tasks and assignments was a breeze and receiving and understanding the flow of tasks was a breeze.

Cons

Fine considering the overall value and cost associated per user. They are a startup company so the pricing is what I would expect

Pros

The ability to use this software to develop at any stage in your companies growth. You can use it for content for a certain certain department or deploy it as a universal training/development platform.

Cons

The support isn’t the best. You will get stuck in a looping if you will that requires someone from their team to step in and correct.

The platform combines traditional LMS features with talent development tools, allowing organizations to manage training, track skills, and support career growth all in one place. Learners benefit from a user-friendly interface, mobile access, and gamified elements that make the learning.

Pros

It Combines skills development, career pathing in one place. It Reduces the need for multiple HR or L&D tools. It is design for both admins and learners. It has mobile-first experience with offline learning.

Cons

1\. The older version has some issues like have some bugs, crashes sometime. 2. Although a newer version exists, some users are still on the Classic app due to phased rollout or company policies.
