QuestionPro helps LA, Inc. collect and compare pre- and post-workshop survey data from youth participants. This allows us to better understand what youth know before a workshop, what they learned afterward, and where they may still need additional support. It benefits us by making it easier to measure workshop impact, track participant progress, and use the data to improve future programming, reporting, and funding outcomes.

Pros

What I like best about QuestionPro is that it offers a strong all-around survey platform. The UI/UX is fairly easy to navigate, the integrations help streamline workflows, and the platform performs well for creating and managing surveys. From a pricing/ROI perspective, it can save time by keeping survey creation, data collection, and reporting in one place. I also appreciate the support/onboarding resources and the AI/intelligence features that help make insights easier to understand and act on.

Cons

What we dislike about QuestionPro is that some areas could feel more streamlined. The UI/UX can take time to learn, especially for new users, and some integrations may require extra setup or support. Performance can vary depending on survey complexity or reporting needs. Pricing may also be a concern if advanced features are only available on higher-tier plans. Support and onboarding could be more hands-on, and the AI/intelligence features may need clearer guidance to help users fully understand how to apply the insights.

Pros

Creating surveys and figuri g out the system was easy. Also, their Customer Service/Support team was very helpful and available.

Cons

I did not have any major issues with this platform though admittedly i did not use this platform to create an elaborate survey and mainly just needed to create a basic one.

For us as a small non-profits, the service they provide is extremely helpful for our small team. Customer service is great. The software feels a little outdated, but nothing that hinders our use.

Pros

The platforms flexibility, analytics and reporting are very helpful for our small organization. Customer support is very responsive. Once, the website was down and QuestionPro had it back up and running within a couple hours. The range of questions available meets all of our needs. We love that the QR codes generated for the survey are static so we can use flyers/paper materials without having to update this code each time.

Cons

The design side can sometimes be difficult to navigate as someone with minimal experience in data collection.

Pros

QuestionPro is extremely reliable. I keep the perspective of our patrons at the forefront and helps our business improve with every survey.

They took away some of the functionality and features on the nonprofit option that were very valuable that we wish they would restore.

Pros

The software is extremely easy to use. Great tools to create surveys that are complex. Easy and intuitive way of creating logic/skip patterns etc. The reporting is also great and easy to use.

Cons

Everything that we've come into contact with has been very simple and easy. They are great for nonprofits given their nonprofit rates.

My overall experience with QuestionPro has been very positive. It is an easy-to-use and reliable platform for creating and managing surveys, with intuitive survey design tools and useful features for collecting feedback. Their customer support is also very active and responds quickly to questions or requests, which makes the experience even better.

I liked most that QuestionPro is very easy to use, especially when designing surveys. The platform is intuitive, practical, and makes it simple to create, distribute, and manage surveys. I also really appreciate their active customer support, which responds quickly to questions and requests.

Cons

There is very little I disliked about QuestionPro. Some advanced features may take a bit of time to explore at first, but overall the platform is easy to use, reliable, and well supported.

Overall, our experience with QuestionPro has been very positive. We use QuestionPro in applied social science research, evaluations and stakeholder surveys involving HEIs. The software supports efficient survey administration and professional data collection workflows. We also appreciate the continuous development of the platform and the responsive support team.

Pros

QuestionPro is very useful for professional online surveys in research, evaluation and higher education projects. We especially appreciate the advanced survey logic, filtering options and the flexibility in designing complex questionnaires for different stakeholder groups. The platform is intuitive to use and works well for both smaller studies and larger surveys.

Cons

New users first need to explore the available functions and configuration options, as not all features are immediately intuitive. In the Non-Profit License, some more advanced question types and features are unfortunately not available.

Pros

The product is very easy to use for a small organization like ours. The AI tools also make it easy to build out a professional-looking survey. The product works well on desktop and mobile.

Cons

The product can be a little difficult when mapping questions and paths - but once you have it figured out, it is easy to work with.

The product has been very easy to use. We need it once a year (usually), and it's so easy to take last year's survey, tweak it, and send it out to a new batch of participants.

Pros

Setting up a normal survey is very straightforward. As you dig deeper, you can unlock more complex input logic, branching, and a bunch of other options to add a richer experience for participants. Security measures and validation features are also robust, offering a host of options to ensure you get input from the people you want. It makes me look like a miracleworker to my staff when I tell them that we can use QuestionPro to put up a professional-looking survey, then take the results from this 3rd party software and upload them back to our CRM, using an embedded ID to link it back to our records.

Cons

The process to renew non-profit licenses is a bit cumbersome. I would much prefer a discounted non-profit option to the free license that requires additional steps every year for renewal.
