My overall experience with QuestionPro has been positive. The platform makes creating and distributing surveys straightforward, and it offers a good variety of question types and templates. Data collection is reliable, and basic reporting is easy to use. However, the interface can feel a bit unintuitive for complex surveys, and some advanced analytics features are only available in higher-tier plans. ### "Fantastic evaluation software for nonprofits"

We have no reason whatsoever to ever consider another software for evaluations. QuestionPro is easy to work with, affordable, and surveys can be complex or basic depending on our needs.

Pros

As a non-profit, we are able to receive a discounted product. This helps our bottom line significantly and lets us focus on the services we provide instead of having to pay for an evaluation software. Customer support is always very responsive no matter the time and I like being able to get in touch with a real person when I need to. With our software we're able to design the type of surveys we need and the branching options are very helpful.

Cons

Manual data entry/upload would be nice to have in the version of QuestionPro available to us but we're able to make it work with our license.

### "Robust and User Friendly Option for Detailed Surveys"

The product has been very easy to use. We need it once a year (usually), and it's so easy to take last year's survey, tweak it, and send it out to a new batch of participants.

Pros

Setting up a normal survey is very straightforward. As you dig deeper, you can unlock more complex input logic, branching, and a bunch of other options to add a richer experience for participants. Security measures and validation features are also robust, offering a host of options to ensure you get input from the people you want. It makes me look like a miracleworker to my staff when I tell them that we can use QuestionPro to put up a professional-looking survey, then take the results from this 3rd party software and upload them back to our CRM, using an embedded ID to link it back to our records.

Cons

The process to renew non-profit licenses is a bit cumbersome. I would much prefer a discounted non-profit option to the free license that requires additional steps every year for renewal.

So far, setting up the account has had its issues as detailed above. Have not had the opportunity yet to fully explore the software and create our first survey. Friendly helpful staff are available to talk through any issues.

Pros

Provide free licence for non profit organisations. Allows for multiple surveys. Customer support very helpful to talk through any issues. Intuitive design.

Cons

For a very small non profit organisation, steps required to set the account up seemed excessive and involved other requirements we do not have or need and had to arrange specifically for this.

Pros

As a small non-profit, the ease of using QuestionPro to develop Net Promoter Scores provides direct feedback loop from our tournaments.

Cons

I can't really think of anything negative from our use of QuestionPro as the navigation and ability to copy previous survey options makes the program easy to use.

I appreciate the value I get, as it is one more tool in our small toolbox for continuous quality improvement. I know I have not used all the bells and whistles of it, but I know they are there if I need them. I would also say that the customer service is quick, reliable, and personal.

Pros

The best thing about QP is that it works with small non-profits. It's a game changer in continuous quality improvement with simple surveys. Conversely, I know it offers advanced research workflows, mobile friendly, and advanced analytics if that is what I needed. It is very easy to use for all team members regardless of skill level and nimble. They are responsive to requests and inquiries; great customer service.

Cons

I honestly do not have a negative statement. Maybe if I was a researcher or using more complex research, I would find quirks in the system. However, that may not be the system's fault, it could be the inputs.

Overall, our experience with QuestionPro has been positive and critical to our operations. There are no easy or affordable solutions to help us better achieve our goals. In the nonprofit world, I can't imagine having a better partner in our processes.

Pros

QuestionPro is a easy to use, mostly intuitive, and robust platform for our organization. We have been able to engage with clients, organizations, and others in ways that allow us to collect data and feedback to better serve our community. Feedback collected has allowed us to plan programs and processes needed for growth. Although we have needed minimal customer support, each time we have reached out they have been available and helpful. Designing the surveys has been easy and did not consume a lot of time.

Cons

We have had no negative experiences with the software. Honestly, while there may be a few features I wish we had, these have not impacted our experience with the platform.

With the limited funds most non-profits operate on, having a survey tool that allows us to easily gather critical information from our members is incredibly valuable.

Cons

It would be helpful if the Non-Profit account allowed more users, but we are extremely grateful to have access to this tool.

QuestionPro was a lifesaver when I left my academic institution and needed a software program to collect data for my nonprofit. When starting up a nonprofit it is hard to find the funds for something like software so QuestionPro not only came through as an option but also met our needs in terms of a survey solution.

Pros

QuestionPro's ease of use is its most beneficial feature. I have used many survey software programs throughout my research career and QuestionPro is by far the most user friendly and has a professional looking interface to the end user.

Cons

I really like the graphs that are presented with the analytics. I wish there was an easy way to export those graphs to put directly into presentations.

We really enjoy Questionpro; the software is easy to use, free for nonprofits, and has all of the features we need. The analytics can sometimes be a little trickier to showcase the specific data we want, but it can be modified or imported into excel easily,

Creating surveys with our branding for free. As a nonprofit, we get to benefit from all of the features of Questionpro, and we use it to have exit-surveys after our workshops. There are tons of different types of questions, and everything is super easy to set up and use

Analytics can sometimes require a little more effort to be usable.

I was pleased with the ease of use. Their generousity in providing a valuable service to nonprofit groups like ours is greatly appreciated. The job of Call to Entry team was greatly streamlined by the use of Questionpro's survey product.

Pros

The process to produce our on-line survey was simple to use and produced a questionnaire that was easy for our members to answer. The uplink for including pictures in the survey was an added benefit. The customer support team was friendly and helpful.

Cons

The questionnaire produced a form which could be downloaded to Excel. I would have liked to be able to edit the answers to the survey before downloading them to Excel. This would have avoided duplicating errors that the members made in their answers.

QuestionPro provides a robust set of tools for an excellent price, especially for nonprofits. Surveys are easy to build, easy to track, and my colleagues love how they can access real-time results through analytics dashboards. Data can be exported to Excel or straight to PowerPoints. It allows me to meet multiple stakeholder needs in one product.

Pros

QuestionPro's survey builder is extremely easy to use - there are tons of question types and logic features. The analytics options are also robust. I've really appreciated designing different dashboards for different stakeholders, each with custom share links.

Cons

I find the distribution features to be a bit clunky. It will track survey completion and send reminders, but the way you manage distribution lists through that process can be a bit tricky.

We are grateful for the sophisticated survey design for our programs. It is also intuitive for our staff and clients who span a range of age and technological abilities.

Cons

Sometimes, the system can crash, and firewall restrictions can be a pain. If at all possible, it would be nice for more than 1 person to have access to the nonprofit license. However, it has been a godsend for our team in surveys! We love it!

Pituitary World News is a nonprofit organization in the endocrine rare disease space dedicated to improve people's knowledge of these diseases and improve the time it takes to diagnosis. We use QuestionPro to elicit feedback from our readers. QuestionPro is easy to use and provides a tremendous amount of functionality to our research needs. Very positive. We (broadwayrose.org) have been using them for a few years now and it has been a reliable service that helps us gather crucial customer feedback.

Pros

The survey builds are easy to use and exporting the data to a spreadsheet is simple. The site is reliable (I've never seen it return any 300 or 400 errors for a customer).

Cons

Not much to complain about, really. My only request is to simplify building questions that have radial button options as well as a "Explain" fill in form, rather than having to (to my knowledge) make them two separate questions.
