I found this to be the best task management software I tried - and believe me, I tried a lot! The only reason it doesn't get straight 5 stars is that I can see improvements that could be made, and 5 star has to be nearly perfect, right? However it is relatively new on the market, and the team are continuously upgrading, so I'm sure it won't be long. Not as 'slick' as some of the others, but definitely the best out there.

Pros

The layout and functionality. A really great app with a lot of potential.

Cons

Funnily enough, the logo! Could be improved... some glitches when syncing, no desktop app, mobile app should work even when there's no internet. I've seen big improvements just over the last three months of use, so I'm sure it will just continue getting better.

Increased productivity

Pros

Very friendly interface and most of the functionality is very obvious when starting out. The UI is clean and uncluttered, the dev team makes small changes frequently based on user feedback.

Cons

In order to delete a project you have to archive it first, makes sense to require multiple steps before you delete a whole project. But it took a minute to figure out.

Planning, review, co-operations and the other functions which are needed in our team can be concentrated with this solution.

Pros

easy to access in most of widely using platform. Convenient functions regarding management. Schemes can be modified fluidly.

Cons

lacks of multimedia support. In our firm, as an advertisement agency, we handle various types of multimedia files like as movie, audio etc,. It's little bit hard to preview those files on-line. Overall speed using Task world is quite slow. Do you have any plan of implement servers in Korea?

Pros

Taskworld has helped the workflow of my company in so many ways. You can even upload pictures to make tasks even easier.

Cons

There are different plans, and obviously the higher plans have better features. It is very basic compared to it's competitors.

I used the software for some time (in one of the companies I worked), it does what you need.

Pros

I like that they have thoughts for everything a user might need - messages, file management , timeline and reports. The software is easy to use and not that simple as it looks.

Cons

There are some bugs and slow loading the team must to resolve. Also Customer support is not that good.

Pros

Ease of use with adding, assigning, and managing tasks/projects. We've used Teamwork Projects, Asana, and Trello - Taskworld has a good mixture of all of these and doesn't feel bloated with features - it just has the features we need to efficiently manage our projects.

Cons

There isn't much I don't like about the software, but these are the things I like least (if I have to pick). No options for branding, no task/project export, no options for exporting reports.

A dashboard showing for ALL your projects what needs to be done, by whom, and by when. Then you can filter the list of tasks by customer, by worker, by due date, etc. Fantastic versatility. Very reasonable pricing for a small business like mine.

Pros

1\. Very intuitive user interface, learning curve was minimal. 2. TaskWorld ended the multiple communication channels guessing game (where is the task information : in email? WhatsApp? Trello? Slack?). - All info and files is contained in the actual project/task, and chats are relevant for the correct level (organization, project or task). 3. Users can add tasks as needed, and the project admin can adjust the timeline as necessary.

Cons

Connecting takes a while, even when I am on a fast Internet connection. Though once connected, all is good.

\- Great tool to set up processes for delegation and performance tracking - Improve transparency - Establish a continuous feedback loop within a team - Morning recap - Free Trial - Step-by-step guide and feature introduction online (my agent Katherine was very nice, helpful and patient) - The price

Cons

\- Morning recap (sometimes I like, sometimes I don't, it depends on my mood) - I am not wondering if I still need a project manager inhouse :s

Pros

Easy to use, No or just very few training is needed. Combination von cards and Gantt is very helpful.

Cons

\- It should be possible to give the colours names of functions (e.g. appointment, milestone, deadline) - the blocks in the gantt-Diagram should be coloured, not just the description - Should be possible to give the procect-icons colours. - I miss to connect the cards or projects with links to my filesystem (N:\\projects\\...) - It should be possible to relate tasks to each other (Task 2 can start when Task1 is finished) iPhone-App - No possibility for offline-using - no possibility to move cards - no Gantt-View

None really. The features it has that Trello does not have we don't make use of. It really saves no time over the other system.

Pros

Great UI and easy to use.

Cons

It is to expensive to justify it when options like Trello are free, the only difference is their UI does not have as great of a layout along with some features my company doesn't use

Project managements

Pros

I switched from Trello to taskworld, and I really like how there was no learning curve. It is very similar, yet better. There are a lot more options for customizing each entry/list. I love the ability to upload a picture (or a gif!). The time track feature is great, and I am sure that my team and I will use it in the near future. I like the intricate search, and the charts and graphs.

Cons

I wish that TaskWorld would give me the option of whether I want to collapse my completed tasks or check list (I know it looks more organized, but sometimes I like having all of the info right there. Less mouse clicks = better).

I 've only been using Taskworld for about two weeks and has exactly the features I was looking for. The only suggestions or requests I have are: - Can you make an option for the due date to be all day and not a specific time? - Can labels have custom colors and/or make more than six?

Pros

I love that I can assign tasks to multiple tasklists (locations)

Cons

I can't view the projects description while I'm viewing the tasklists of that project. I also want to customize colors for label and/or tags.

I use Taskworld to assign task, communicate instructions and monitor progress of task completion with my operations staff. Both my staff and I concluded that this way of working has increase our productivity significantly. The web version is excellent - no complains. The iPad version needs improvement - e.g. does not rotate to landscape mode, notification is buggy (sometimes no new alerts yet, the notification count does not clear.) The iPhone version needs improvement - e.g. profile pic covers the menu option on the top left hand corner, notification is buggy (sometimes no new alerts yet, the notification count does not clear.)

It saves me time, allows me to manage all my project and staff in the best possible way

Pros

Super fast customer service, very responsive to customer's request, suggestions or complaints, very easy to use and learn tons of options, very easy to follow up on a big amount of projects. I am really a big fan of this task manager.

Cons

At the beginning the price was a little high, so I considered changing to another task manager, but I couldn't find any that was a s versatile and as complete as Taskworld, so I decided to stay and then they updated plans to more friendly and affordable options, so I very happy now

Proper time planning for our new short term projects

Pros

Good UI and Easy to Learn. I guess these are the best things I noticed in the application itself. Pretty happy that we as a team using this software.

Cons

Some quality of life features can be added to simple plans. We had small problems with the end project reports. Probably because we need more time inside.

Pros

Very easy to use and intuitive, i found it to be extremely pleasing to the eye visually - there are great options to customize the projects and tasks with colours and tags. It encourages collaboration within multiple teams. Excellent customer support - Mark took the time to answer all my questions - he was very fast and friendly. After researching and using various PM tools, I highly recommend Task World.

Cons

The one feature it does not have yet, which would have been helpful for the purposes of my team, is the ability to see how much time team members have available in a particular day or week given the amount of tasks they are working on.

Pros

The simplicity, even though it had a lot of features, it was still somewhat easy to navigate. Most of it was draggable and minimised the amount of clicks to do something.

Cons

As most of it was draggable, I didn't like the fact you couldn't right click to make adjustments to deadlines and times, as this is something that always changes in our studio. And when you made a new item on the checklist, it's sat above, instead of below and in order of how you would actually do them. So it's just more time reordering a large number of tasks. I was trialing Trello at the same time, and this was actually one of the main reasons I went with them instead.

Taskworld is easy to use, user friendly, very logical and in line with the way most apps are used. You get the hang of it very quickly.

Cons

At first the different items can be easily confused between one another. Something could be added to distinguish them.

Being better organized

Pros

I like the ability to have checklists for each to do item. And the ability to be able to see those check lists on the the board.

Cons

The only thing I would maybe like to see is to have the task be able to be in multiple rows instead of one long row. Though this is not to distracting.

I really like the timeline of seeing what's coming up. That's just the way I work. I also like the message system built-in so my team doesn't have to use something else like Slack.

Cons

I'm not crazy about the dashboard look and feel. It gets a little cluttered sometimes so I just have a hard time looking at it sometimes.
