Pros

My favorite thing about Taskworld is how easy it is to collaborate with others on tasks and projects.

Cons

The only thing I dislike is how when you set up a repeating task and deadline, it shows multiple ones. Not a big deal though

Been using task world for a couple of months now, i do personally feel it helps with a lot of our projects and how to assign tasks to different team members. but at the same time, i do keep encountering many bugs, most of them are minor bugs, but encountered a major bug. good thing that task world's customer service is really top notch. they usually respond within the hour of a complain or a report, and usually the bug is squashed within the week.

We have been using the product for 5 months now to manage 4 combined sub-teams. The layout is good. We do wish there were a way to more adapt this for try agile sprint like work. If you copy a project there is no option to copy the time over with it so it is hard to archive copies for historical purposes. There options with "Copy Project" that use selects to choose if they want to copy, time, completed tasks, files, assignments, etc. individually. This would allow much better historical records.

Pros

The tool is easy to use. Very graphical and US is friendly.

Cons

QA seems to be lacking, features break without warning and working around until they fix it is difficult at times. Product still seems to be a work in progress in some areas.

Pros

Flexibility and ease of access across platforms. I use a lot of Kanban lists and file uploads for my projects. Taskworld is lets me organize the way I want, not forcing me to use one type of workflow.

Cons

Occasion buggy action, like trying to grab a task from to do, to done. Also, the start and due date time box is totally whacked out.

Keeping track of tasks in multiple projects are much easier, managing the time and deadlines for tasks is better and improves performance

Pros

It's very easy to use and get to learn the platform. I like the overview page where you can see the status of all task with a graphical presentation of the tasks that's overdue or pending

Cons

Sometimes the loading speed of the site can be a bit slow and sometimes stops responding for a short time, but it's manageable

Taskworld is: Simple to use. Robust design. Very intuitive. All around fantastic. I would recommend this program to anyone in need of a good task manager.

Cons

I don't like how TaskWorld implemented a scrolling sideways screen. It seems unnecessary and adds clutter.

The chat features! We can keep task-specific messages separate from project-specific and company-wide messages.

Cons

Google Docs doesn't display correctly in tasks! They don't have their appropriate titles! It's not ideal.

More fluid collaboration. Smoother workflows. Better time managements. Less team confusion. Better off-site working practices.

Pros

Taskworld has a sleek and simplistic interface but contains a huge variety of powerful features. We shopped around a vast amount of rival task management systems before settling for Taskworld thanks to it's flexible Kanban boards, powerful to-do list management, calendar functions and collaborative tools. We haven'r regretted our decision for a second and our small, newly established team is thriving thanks to Taskworld.

Over all, Taskworld is a great product for project management

Pros

Taskworld is great for tracking multiple projects in multiple teams while providing an easy to use interface and reducing clutter

Cons

Linking to google docs is a challenge. The title doesn’t display so searchability is reduced, but this is easy to work around and hasn’t caused much disruption for us.

TW is good to use. That's for sure: Functional. Practical. Coming with mobile apps too. It also supports Google Calendar which I use. But what's even better is the Customer Support! I wonder if they are working 24-7. I usually get a reply less than 2 hours! Money worth spent.

Pros

Good Customers Support. Good mobile apps.

Cons

Graphics can improve. (like colours)

Really helped me and my team keep track of all our projects and made communication much easier and efficient than email and spreadsheets.

Pros

It has all the options that I was looking for. I demoed some other well known and expensive platforms but they all had one or two things that I was going to have to settle for. This platform had them all.

Cons

The only con so far and it is not a big deal to me is that you can't currently invite external people into a project without them being a member. Since this is used for our internal work force not a biggie but if you need that function it isn't here yet.

Pros

\- the awesome dashboard that shows me all of my open tasks - the timeline for all of my projects - the easy dran'n'drop-system - the possibility to group my projects into folders - and of course the changeable background ;)

Cons

\- when i am at the "project overview site", minimize / collapse my projects (the one, that are not collected in folders), leave the site and come back, the projects are unfolded again - this is really annoying

I have been using Taskworld for a couple of years now. Their customer service is outstanding. On several occasions have they turned my suggestions into system-wide implementations, which shows that they are willing to listen and that they take suggestions seriously. I have tried many other project management systems, but I settled on Taskworld because of the user friendly interface, their features and their willingness to listen and improve. It is a customer friendly company that I believe they is in it for the long haul.

Cons

Do not have screen crop feature for Windows yet, which it important to us when commucicating via Chat feature.

I have been using Taskworld for over a year now and very happy to have project communication and tracking in one place. The ease of using the application is just great being snappy and intuitive for our users. We have switched to Taskworld and never looked back since enabling all users to be part of the project in one place. The on-boarding was easy than expected also due to beautiful look of the user interface. At the moment we are only missing a little more extensive reporting for our project and an integrated time tracking solution which we expect in the future. Other that that we are a happy user of Taskworld and appreciate its value for our project management.

timeline functions is really easy to track whole company schedules. It visualize each teams (or people) projects and manager can track all of the projects of the company in a one page

Cons

chats functions was little slow since I used in South Korea. But the support answered that chat server for South Korea will installed soon.

Manually entering in tasks can be annoying at times. An integration with g-calendar would make life a lot easier here.

Pros

Responsive interface. Useful dashboard view. Good Customer support.

Cons

Timeline view is interesting but it misses some functionality for being really useful (Zoom in / out) Subscription cost for 20+ people is quite expensive. Need for some other custom statuses other than "Done" (In progess, Follow up, Waiting...)

The Software itself is great, it is one of the rare tools which combines Kanban-Cards with gantt-charts, I checked nearly all the available tools! But the just changed the pricing without telling me and suddenly I should pay more than double the price I payed before.

Pros

Very useful, very good GUI, many features but not to complicated

Cons

Pricing plan, they changed it suddenly without warning/asking/telling me. Instead of $, we would have to pay $ a month.
