Increased productivity!

Pros

I really appreciate the daily digest, the overview screen that shows me everything that needs to be done that week between all my projects, and I like the ease of use. It's very intuitive.

Cons

I don't like how the screen moves from left to right by clicking and dragging. That is really my only complaint at the moment.

### "Does more then trello, with better UX than JIRA"

We tried all the online PM software and settled on Taskworld as the best way to manage many projects across many teams. The ability to see tasks across projects, and assign resources ( developers ) across teams and projects is great for a small studio.

Pros

As simple as trello, but with much more functionality. The best way to manage team members across multiple projects in a Trello / Kanban style.

Cons

On large projects and teams the boot up of the app can be slow. iPad app is portrait only.

Pros

Not much - promises the world, but didn't deliver on the basics. Need to be much simpler and faster to use and setup.

Cons

VERY slow and kept crashing every time I tried to create a new project. Haven't got time to wait around.

We started using taskworld because we wanted to consolidate what we were using Favro, jira, and slack for into one system. It does not do everything that those other resources do but it does the most important pieces for our startup company. The kanban style boards are easy to use and help us keep both personal tasks and group projects organized. The timeline feature is helpful. The individual chats are great. My biggest issue with it is the chat feature does not appear to work on the phone app.

The timeline view helped me see the overall picture, which is really helpful when there are so many tasks to complete.

Cons

Pricing is a little high compared to competitors, but overall I love what Taskworld is doing so I can look past the price.

Keep track of my tasks

Pros

The Windows and iOs interface of the software especially the dashboard view. It lets me organise the way I want, not forcing me to use one type of workflow.

Cons

Occasion buggy action, like trying to grab a task from to do, to done., The checklist function should be more interactive aswell

We have been using Taskworld for our business for the last year. We were previously using Trello. The great thing about Taskworld is that it allows you to create projects and jobsheets with check boxes. It has been great for our business to follow the jobs till completion. The functionality for us it is much better than Trello. We like that the task is hidden on completion so a quick glance tells us where the job is at. Its perfect for our small company. The only blip is the phone app does not always update. So we do not always have current tasks which makes it less reliable. The computer app is great however.

Taskworld is a simple product executed nicely. We love the cloud-based setup as it quick and easy to get started and also available everywhere. We use it to schedule and monitor simple and complex lists and projects. Very versatile product. Provides plenty of features but is simple to use.

This application is exactly what I've been looking for! I have tried many task management apps and have been very disappointed in them. I am so glad I finally found Taskworld. It works exactly as expect it to and flows the way I like to do my work. It is incredibly user friendly and visually appealing. It allows me to organize tasks under projects, color-code them for priority, move them around up and down or between lists, and organize the lists in a way that makes it easy for me to view what needs to get done. I am very pleased.

Visual Task boards provide a more fresh approach to task and project management compared to more traditional project planning tools- nice fresh design and felt very intuitive to use- Good in build communitcation tools

Cons

Some of the functionality felt a little bit un-needed i.e inbuilt emoji's - Time tracking tool could have been a little more detailed. Could be expensive for large teams

I am an organizational consultant, I have brought task world to multiple teams, I run an organization in Europe and the US - from event management, content development and personal projects - it is my path out of overwhelm....I love it, much easier to use than Wrike, more fun to do so. I also like Trello - but I have more control with task world on the next steps, and I can see the finished tasks with one click.

I have found Taskworld to be a very good system, easy to use and great for quick additions or changes between projects and tasks. The only thing I would say as a negative is that it would be good to be able to export current tasks to excel for management reports.

Amazing tool that helps you prioritize and time projects. It is also a collaborative product that allows everyone on my team to work together to tackle tasks.

Cons

The price seems to be the biggest con. We haven't decide if our department is going to continue with the product yet.

\- Assign task to myself should be less clicks - one or 2 at most - maybe in the left click menu? - Subtasks "full list" in the task view should be first thing you see, not have to scroll down to see all the subtasks

For quite some time I was looking for a good online-based project management solution. When I finally found Taskworld, it met all the expectations I had. It's very easy to use and comes along with basically all the features you know from any competitors like Asana, Wrike etc. As I am running my business as a one-man-show, I was more than happy to learn that I do NOT have to subscribe for a team of min. 5 users, but could get a single license. Customer support is great as well. I had 2-3 questions which were instantly answered to my fullest satisfaction. Great product, great support. I definitely recommend looking at Taskworld!

I was initially drawn to Taskworld because it was really easy to use and I liked the way that you could organize tasks by project or client. I also really like the way that you can see an overview of all tasks with due dates and priorities. The only thing that I wish it had was an integration into Gmail so that I could add tasks directly from emails as client requests came in. That would have made it a really great tool!

No integration with Gmail

It is quite intuitive and basic - which I like. It is easy to organize lists, assign tasks, and make deadlines for members of the team.

Cons

While it is not a con for our use, I imagine others could find it somewhat limiting. It is very basic in features and does not allow a lot for creativity and ideal flowing.

I am honestly very happy with the Taskworld. The ease with which I can use it on web and app. That too for a small organisation of 10-15 ppl can make use of this. Also, there are many features which can be added and I see that the TW team is adding it on a regular basis. I think some feature of old version needs to be brought in the new version.
