However, recently the system isn't very stable and from time to time, the system will be temporarily unavailable which affects our operation. This has allowed us to assign tasks, communicate and hare documents accross multiple stakeholders with relative ease - try it. You will be impressed. Pros Easy to use. It keeps everyone informed of exactly where we are on any task, so that when a customer calls, we all have the same updated information. We also love that we can get messages on our phones to alert us of phone messages that came into the office. Sharing information with your team is straightforward. All you have to worry is updating the data on time to have your project on track. With 5 bucks per month it's a bargain.
