Pros

I have found out that this software has been very easy to use and the interface is clean and nice to figure out.

Cons

The price is my least favorite part about this is software. My small department doesnt feel like it is worth the price.

I have been able to organize all my properties and send to my maintenance man for repairs. It has definitely helped tremendously.

Makes managing user test planning much easier

Pros

The Ui is clean and they listen to feedback from users. It is much better than competing software such as Trello

Cons

The only con is that it would be nice if you were able to have a bit more custom styling available for the cards (different heights, even more colours etc) as sometimes I feel they take up too much room

Our team was using a very outdated custom application to manage tasks. I migrated them to Taskworld surprisingly easily. Especially exciting was the ability to create recurring tasks, which I couldn't do using some of the other applications I looked at.
