Comments: A very professional software for change management. It has a rich and sleek design and intuitive user interface. It offers a wide variety of features, including customizable workflows and reports. The help desk and knowledge base features are a nice little bonus. Overall great software.

Comments: While looking at other Change Management / Help Desk software, we came to look at Slam.

The user interface is simple, clean and easy to use. Creating a new ticket is incredibly easy. The dashboard view allows a quick overview of what's going on in the organization. The search interface allows anyone to easily find the ticket they are looking for.

Our only wish list would probably be a PDF output for the reports. Overall, I'm impressed with Slam. I've used other systems in the past and they pale in comparison. Highly recommended!

Comments: This is my initial review of SE Change Management. There are a lot of reports for Change Management, Help Desk and Task. I found the Knowledge Base to be useful when I needed to find what was done in the past. My first impression is that it has a clean UI design. The web experience is responsive. On a desktop browser things work 100%, however on my Nexus 7 tablet things work 90%. There were minor issues with rendering list during editing. Overall I would recommend SE Change Management.
