En plus d'être physiquement douloureuse à force de manipulations quand, comme dans la plupart des services de gestion auquel ce logiciel est destiné, on travaille sur ordinateur avec une souris, elle fait perdre du temps ce qui pour un ERP n'est pas acceptable. Pros A priori il n'est pas très cher. Mais le niveau de qualité va avec. Cons De la part de quelqu'un dont FITNET est l'outil de travail plusieurs heures par jour : - l'ergonomie qui était perfectible est détestable depuis la V9 (risques de TMS à force d'aller retour inutiles à travers l'écran avec la souris à longueur de journée) exemple : 44 clics d'affilés nécessaires pour sélectionner un modèle de facture particulier. Avoir le choix c'est bien. Imposer 44 clics plutôt qu'un menu déroulant par exemple c'est insupportable. - depuis la V9 les affichages sont beaucoup plus vides / confus, impossible en dehors des extractions xls d'avoir une vue d'ensemble compacte sur les affaires d'un client : pour la même écran on est passé de 10 à 2 affaires visibles, et les montants ne sont plus visibles directement, il faut cliquer pour aller les chercher. - les affichages sont incohérents et selon les zones imposent des manipulations différentes pour une même tâches (changements de date, ajout de pièces jointes) - perte de temps à cause de la confusion des affichages, des déconnexions et retours forcés à la page d'accueil (d'après le support il ne faudrait "pas cliquer trop vite" entre les onglets - sic -) - les tickets de correction sont notés "en cours de développement" voire "en préprod" (ex on ne peut pas afficher les tâches par ordre chronologique ou anté-chronologique alors qu'un bouton est prévu pour) pendant des mois mais jamais traités, le support empile les "solutions de contournement" et dit "comprendre notre frustration" (alors qu'il s'agit d'un constat étayé de dégradation d'un service) - FITNET ne communique pas sur les mises à jour prévues ou effectuées Switched from [Akuiteo](https://www.capterra.com/p/165807/Akuiteo/) Changement d'entreprise.
