### "Excellent Product - Service -Support - Price!"

Tracking and maintaining back end invoicing software for my company.

Pros

I have been an agency owner for over 23 years now and we were looking for an invoicing program that was easy to use for everybody. I did research and was trying out the other competition. It just seems like everybody wants to just sell you their product. Other software invoicing products were way too involved. I did google searches and came across Capterra and found Teeny Office. Their one-page website was intriguing ... nothing special - however, it had everything I was looking for! And most of all - EASY to use. I called Teeny Office on Friday night of New Year's weekend and someone answered the phone! Wow! They were very helpful gave me a demo on the spot and I signed up immediately. I was set up and running with the software program within a couple of days. They are always available or calls right back if there is any assistance I need or any of our agents. We have developed a friendship from across the country. If anybody is looking to simplify the invoicing process and have more sales ... look no further than Teeny Office! Best investment for the price!

Cons

Love the product ... Teeny Office is always trying to make improvements for the benefit of the agency/agents! If I do have suggestions, the customer service reps always have an open ear to bring them to the development team.

### "Great Product and Super Easy To Use"

All in all, I love this product. It's my third year using it and I would be lost without it. Definitely recommend it!!!

Pros

I really love how easy it is to use and all the features it provides. The contact details for major cruise lines, the invoicing tools, the calendar integrated functionality where you can set up reminders for passport expiration dates... I have everything I need and it keeps me very well organized.

Cons

I wish there was a way of saving files in the client profiles, that way I could refer back to what they did in a previous trip or a quote that was sent. A sales' pipeline would be good too so to follow up in stages what I need to do with a client

Cons

Want to get a demo...but nobody replies...almost been a week. have sent 2 emails. Tried calling quite a few times.....no response and voice mail is full

### "Easy to Use Travel Agency or Travel Agent Office Software"

It is a good software that enables me to create invoices, create deposit, final payment and commission due dates and reminders. I can also due Sales Reports with many different filters. I am very happy with the TeenyOffice software. It has helped me stay organized for my own bookings and independent contractors.

Pros

The ease of use-a very small learning curve. Great pricing and very good support. I can keep client records and information ie. full names, dates of birth, frequent flyer numbers, passport information, etc. I can keep track of sales and payments. I can also email invoices and trip itineraries directly.

Cons

Would like an easier way to import travel reservations. Using a "cut and paste" method now which does work and is fairly easy, but there is no auto import.

I used Clientbase and Clientease and found them both really confusing. I decided to try Teenyoffice agentdesk . It is so easy and when I was having a problem copying and pasting and emailed them they called me right back. They created a sample invoice fore me so I could reference how to build it and I can create as many travel componenets as I need. I have to admit I rushed through the training, so I was skipping the create component step and made mistakes. But they looked at my invoices and redirected me on how to do it so now I know how to create the most complicated invoices and they look great. They also have a few things that I like where I can modify my vendor list. And I can email my clients directions to the pier. I like it and will stick with it. The only con I can think of is that the group management module isnt as good as I wanted and they took down the deckplans and have been readding them because they were not loading on smart phones. The staff at Teenyoffice takes requests and feedback so they are adding new stuff every week. Agents wanted a Quick Quote sytem for cruises and they added it. I think they are releasing a quickquote for vacations as well. Every week I get an email with updates and new tools. I like that part a lot. The invoices are really nice and I believe this is the best CRM out there. The service is really good and they care about agents and how we need to function in our day to day lives.

Pros

From what I have seen it looks clean concise and probably easy to use, however I live in a different time zone (Australia) and would like to know a little more about the product, with very little useful information available. When I inquired (several times, finally got a response) they seemed really dismissive, implying I was being difficult by not being available for a demo at a time that suited them.

Cons

The software looks great, however I have since subscribed to another programme who at least offer polite responses and support. Disappointing though, a civil attitude would have made a big difference here, as what I have seen of the software seemed really suitable.

Easily organize and contact my client lists.

Pros

As a not so tech person it was very easy to learn. The support person patiently walked me through the learning stage. They helped me with all my bookings questions.

Cons

I'm not sure of the group sending ease. There could be an easier way to set up and send emails. I may be wrong as I'm not fully knowledgeable about all of what the software can do.

I use Teeny Office since June 2015 and just love it! I hate big guys with confusing options and outdated layouts. If you are like me - like everything quick and easy - this product is for you! Also, I like customer support. No more wait for half and hours to be told that live support service is not part of your plan. Here, is more simple: you call Jina and problem solved or she gives you a realistic idea when this problem will be solved. So far, I didn't have too many issues to report. I recommend this product for everyone who needs simple solution to manage client base.

Teeny office has been working great! You get a button and auto login. It does your client database, emails promos, emails invoices, sales reports and commission reports. We used to have Clientbase and then switched to Clientease. When we switched to Teeny Office, we were surprised with the point and click. Much better and the price is unbeatable. Have a question just call them you get a call right back. Of they have all the cruiseship deckplans that you can email to client. The drawback is they are adding all vendors (right now just cruise) they are supposed to add that within the next month, so you can do all your FIT bookings as well.

This product is really an interesting concept and make life easier with paperwork for clients. I love that it has plug in for information on all of our clients. As we use it more and more I am sure it will become automatic for us. I have not found any cons to this product as to today. It is still be created and I look forward to any additions.

The Pros -unbelievably easy to use -tracks agent commissions -soup to nuts platform -best sales report out there -it is nice to be able to pick up the phone and call with questions The Cons -the marketing platform needs inprovement, but the entire system as a whole is better than any other crm out there for travel agents.

Full client history, emails calendar, daily things to do. We can create an invoice using multiple vendors on one invoice and each vendor's commission is tracked separately. Great premade scripts, beautiful invoice customized with logo. No fee to call them with a quetion (clientbase was charging us $45 per call)

Pros

The ability to keep track of my clients and their trips. The agent was available to answer my questions and assist me with my problems.

Cons

The inability to figure out how to input information and make corrections. I would have liked more training in how to use the software. Webinars in how the software works and how to properly use it would be beneficial.
