Pros: Makes planning events easier, and it makes us look professional towards our clients.

Cons: None.

Overall: Perfect. It was really nice working with them during our big events, especially with the printing machines for the badges. Our guests all thought it looked really professional, and on our end it made the organization easier!

Pros: Easy to use for multiple events
Easy check in (especially the option with the barcode)
Convenient for email merges - Maybe a direct calendar invite option would be nice for the future..
Helpful service!

Cons: At times it is difficult to find the feature/command etc. For example, creating an extra field for the registration can't be done with a simple (+/add) button in the event website page and it has to be done from a completely different path.

Overall: The platform has a lot of potential. However, there are a lot of small details that still need to be fixed regarding the email templates. Sometimes different formatting and even empty rows are not visible while the email is being created and these details don't show on the preview either. These are seen directly on the email that the customer/guest receives therefore many test emails need to be send and double checked.

Azavista team is always very helpful.

In general, I'am happy to use the platform. It saves a lot of time and facilitates the work process.

Recommendations to other buyers: Azvista Check-In app should be available for all operation systems not only IPhone.

Comments: We used the registration, personalized email and web pages features. It's very easy to use, notification feature was really useful, easy to export the list to excel, webpage is easy to create and modify the contents (based on our corporate policy) and the support was great!

Comments: It takes time and thinking ahead to set up, especially the way you upload clientinformation. But once finished it works great and quickly.
During the event the app works fanatstic. easy to use and quick to handle a large group at once.

All in one tool with very individual service.

Comments: The delegate Management is great of the tool.
The Registration and Email function could be improved, but works for Basic use.
