The only integration that TM do best is with BookEasy (the visitor centres bookings engine). The software is not user friendly and very limited features. Lack of integration. Not suitable for multi day tour operator.

Pros

Flat monthly fee is good option for operator with big volume of sales. Suitable for operator who rely their sales on visitor centres due to the software is from the sister company that ANZ visitor centres using.

Cons

Back then they only have eWay as the option for payment getaway. Very limited integration to major third party software in tourism industry makes this software useless.

Started well, however I was disappointed with the customer experience.

Pros

Lost of features, possible to be very detailed with your packages Training was available.

Cons

Time to curate packages Clunky and not easy to navigate Availability calendar was not available for guest to view
