Pros it has the option to correct the approved expenses claims and corporate credit cards calculation and update the supporting if the submitter submitted it wrong. I liked to have the corporate credit cards transactions uploading, approval workflow and delegation. audit train or combined reporting with receipts, localized features and tax-rules built in etc. Cons while uploading CSV file of credit card transactions is supported , it would be great if we could have integrated within the bank. which would be real time sync. We may investigate in fully automating this process with financial institutions, yet the current method allows each admin to review all expense transactions before transferring them to employees for additional controls. For NPOs Advataxes is also designed to calculate GST/HST rebate rates with different recoverable rate for each province.
