I am always amazed by the customer service, I feel in good hands everytime. I find the pricing very competitive. I usually hate creating website (Wordpress) but now it is so fast and quite easy. Pros The all-in-one package easy to work with and the customer service! (Soryy, couln'd only choose one thing!) Cons I would love to have an easy step-to-step instructions to transfert my domain to my website so it can work without asking for help. I am using since 2014, when it was still for free to small companies. The change from Odoo 8.0 in steps to now Odoo 17 is a very large improvement. upgrades can be tested before implementing. Helpdesk is very good. I love working with this system. Price/quality is great. Pros The easy way to use and the many possibilities with all the apps available. And the many video lessons to help out. Cons The set up sometimes is not easy, if you are not familiar with bookkeeping. A set-up manual would overcome this. We have a farmer shop at our farm and prices are per kg. Before Odoo I had to calculate eveything by hand, now Odoo does it for me. And I can get reports to analyze the business.
