Pros create a website and how you can organize a company Cons the errors that I could not notice and it was difficult to correct even though is a very good ERP but sometimes it has some incomprehensible errors. Pros Easy to use; Evolution of the product by modules Cons My experience in software is the following. When the product is extra (as Odoo), the support is not extra. I am not speaking about the support whihc is perfect, even if it is something a little too long but this is free. The external support by dealers is problematic. The versions are evoluating so quickly that this kind of external support is not able to follow. Their knowledge is not always on the top and they are learning by invoicing us their time. They were quick enough in addressing the same and got it solved and since then it was a better flow Pros The whole Program and the flexibility that it provides to blend into our process. Cons The cost incurred for Development. And the timeline it took on the initial phase. Which is far better now. La calidad humana y profesional del consultor fue excelente y hubo total disposición para aclarar nuestras dudas. Cons En muchos casos el manejo de permisos en lo que hace el sistema es ocultarle a los usuarios lo que no les corresponde, pero eliminando los filtros de búsqueda se puede acceder a todo el contenido. Más ERP que este imposible. Pros Me gusta su versatilidad es decir es tan intuitivo todo organizado por sus módulos, sus pantallas muy amigables. Cons Es muy cambiantes es decir en un año hay versión nueva y no hay los suficientes vídeos en habla hispana qué expliquen al detalle las funcionalidades nuevas. Support is amazing as well. Pros How wonderfully easy it was to set up, and the fact that has a "One App Free Forever" plan. It's great to see human decency in tech companies. Also, the website builder is super easy and very detailed with many options. Cons How easy it was to install apps that would eventually cause the free plan to expire. Thankfully, customer support helped me fix the issue promptly and was very nice about it. My original BSA was atrocious and provided zero help but my new BSA is wonderful to work with. She is the only reason I have not switched to another ERP system. Cons Everyone but my current BSA has been awful to work with. They dont care about you and provide zero service. Get ready to fight in order to get your system implemented because after they get your money the service ends. You're under contract so they nothing else matters to them. Review Source OS Olivier S. " June 13, 2024 5.0 Pros What I like the most about is the clean interface and ease of use. Modular system that can be add as we grow in scale and fulfill out additional needs. Our consultant \[sensitive content hidden\] really helps us to understand the system, and helped us with a successful launch. Cons surprisingly, I can't say much about what I dislike about Odoo. Since this is pretty much my first experience with ERP software. everything is an upgrade for now. The only thing I wish can be better is the template, or the template for export documents, if there are more flexible option such as changing the size of the font. (Right now, on our plan, the customization on the template is somewhat limited.) Reason for choosing Odoo Ease of use, modular, seems to be easier to scale. overall, the interface seems up to date compares to some of the alternative product that still has interface from early 2000. Accounting app is a tool that will bring you more sales but its not built out correctly as a Controller/CPA. Pros Its HIGH-END Technical Accounting /Cloud based. Its aging out QuickBooks and Advantage but way better than platform with NetSuite from a CRM perspective. Cons No TURE Trail Balance from a CPA perspective its garbage. It doesnt exit. Reason for choosing Odoo NetSuite but current client is not highly transactional so 50K Blue Banian Consultant was not necessary.
