Pros: I love the customer service the most! Super friendly and always going the extra mile. As far as the software the sky's the limit as with other software on the market seems to have limitations and with this it's just a few clicks away and if they don't have a feature available they seem to make one. Made my site fully automated and cuts down on follow up emails as the system will send reminders for payments, send contracts and even handle logistics with detailed routes for your drivers. Software integrates well with merchant accounts so you can take payments online. It's like having severa employees working for you.

Cons: Only con would be it takes a little more time to learn but with excellent support and training it's easy to get setup and running!

Overall: Before going with any software I did my research and took demo's from ERS and IO and both seemed to have good overall customer support but when talking to Both companies IO had already more features for less money and things ERS couldn't make happen IO was able to get done. Other features I liked was I could use my own website or have them custom make me a Word Press site which for SEO it is a better platform. Also they had more fees associated with there hosting which you had to have.

Comments: We started using this software over 1.5 years ago and I can not say enough positive things about it! The program itself is so easy to use. We have about 30 employees and all have picked up within hours. We even joke because my mother is 67 and she can use it! So if Grandma can make a reservation, anyone can!

There are so many features within the program that helps run your business!. I am a numbers person and I love the fact that I can look at my numbers and know exactly how my staff is doing. In my previous program, you had to create a report and I didn't have time to do that. Today I look numerous times a day and manage my sales staff accordingly.

The fact that it plans out my delivery schedule and helps me manage my cost is another amazing benefit. I would guess we are saving 7-8 hours a week alone on this ONE feature.

Another feature that I love is the ease of sending a quote. I know that we have won so many bids because our customers get quotes before they hang up the phone.

Honestly, I could go on and on about Inflatable office ( You should change your name because so many companies would benefit from your software).

Of course the best attribute with this company is the customer service! They are exceptional! Anytime that I, My partner, General Manager or Logistic manager call they take care of us right away. I have never received such consistent great service from any company. My only regret is that I wish I would have found them sooner. Since having their software my company grew the first year by 26%. I am a 14 year old company and that is unheard of today. I am anticipating a 25+ growth again this year and I can truly say that Inflatable Office played a big role in our growth! Thank you To your entire Staff for all that you do for A & S Party Rental.

Pros: The backend quoting feature, amount of time it saves me organizing

Cons: Ability to customize options and the workers module having to schedule with leads.

Pros: This software is such a time saver! Everything we used to do in word documents and calculators can be done easily with the software saving us hundreds of hours a year we can use towards other endeavors. And waking up to new leads never gets old!

Cons: The help section utilizes a search function and can take a couple minutes to find the answer you are looking for.

It is super user friendly! The support guys are super easy to work with and very helpful!

Pros: It keeps track of my inventory wonderfully! I don't have to worry about if I am overbooking! Also keeps track of my accounts that are overdue!

Cons: It is sometimes hard for me to change and add features on my own without help. However the guys are super quick to help me get it done!

Overall: Keeps track of inventory and money coming in and money due.

Couldn't do it without you guy's!

Pros: Easy to learn for someone with no previous knowledge of operating something similar. And the staff is A+. I was brand new to this industry and was hiting these guys with questions on the daily and always felt they took care of me within a timely manner especially with me being on the free trail. I figured i would be on the back burner compared to paying customers but i deff dont beleive that now. They are awesome with software to match!!!

Cons: Havnt found anything yet. It is a+ in my opinion.

Overall: My main reason for using the software is organization. I will admit im not the most organized person. But i have no worries knowing i got the inflatbaleoffice crew backing me know.

Pros: That it's real time - we've been able to go almost 100% paperless and although we still need to drag our customers to the new age a bit, it's worthwhile.

Cons: There are a few things we find a bit "clunky", but in no way deal breakers. What I think I love most is that even with the very few things we've found frustrating, we've felt heard and supported. Theres online support as well as an FB group that they are a part of. The support, IMO, is what takes IO over the top.

Pros: For my needs its FREE! its covers 90% of what I needed to keep me totally organized. I also like that I get responded to in the same day with my questions.

Cons: It doesn't have an area where we can input our expenses for our items and inventory so we can track our cost and profits

Pros: I like the list checkout page. Customer feedback is great with online checkout. Easy to work on with basic computer knowledge.

Cons: Some minor things take time to learn such as pulling reports and fine-tuning products, But when I have time after my busy season I have no doubt that tech will walk me through it.

Not as complicated as I expected. Customer Support is excellent.

Pros: It basically can manage itself. There are so many options to customize it how you want it. If you want customer's doing their own booking and getting their own quotes to restricting it and manging it all yourself. All up to you. Just set up your inventory. Plus It can grow with you.

Overall: I like having the customers getting their own quotes and bookings. It has stopped double bookings, accidental wrong address or phone numbers being wrote down. I have gained more time.

Comments: I've been working with Inflatable Office for over two years now and since the first phone call it has been a pleasure to work with them. The product is great and the customer service is fantastic. We have a complicated inventory and require a lot of special needs. IO has been helpful and responsive to all our needs along the way and continue to do so. They are a company of integrity and they are forward thinking. I would highly recommend them.

Comments: A software is only as good as the guys that support it. IO has been amazing in answering all my questions and going over and beyond helping me when I needed it. You can't put a price tag on that. The software is also very good. I compared very thoroughly to everything else out there and IO offered the flexibility I needed with modern features that my customers come to expect.

Pros: I love the that our customers can get a quote, book, sign contract, and pay without having to contact us unless needed.

Cons: I like least is that its not so easy to customize the forms. The navigation through the software could be a little more user friendly.

Cons: Not enough automation for my taste and that's what I'm all about.
