Pros Love how easy it is to use! Makes the digital development realm a lot less scary. Cons I'd say the only thing we "disliked" about it, is that sometimes there is quite a bit of info on the dashboard... But it all has its place and once you get used to it, theres no issues at all. Pros The booking software is the amazing and what makes it so user-friendly is the customer service they provide. Anytime i need help with anything they are always their to help or at least send me a video walking me through it. Cons The only bad thing that i didnt like around Inflatable Office was when they switched over to the new system, but i used the old version until it was out of peak season and than i made the switch. I love the new update now. It is one of their websites and if you decide to leave ERS you cant take it with you. So they can just keep raising the cost and your stuck unless you start over. Inflatable Office uses a WordPress website and it is mine. I own it and i can take it with me. Bouncy Castle Network, their card processing was higher than Inflatable Office. Switched from [Square Point of Sale](https://www.capterra.com/p/275802/Square-Point-of-Sale/) Betwr user friendly and it gave us a website. This was a game changer with running SEO. Many options for seeking help via forums, AI Chatbots, videos, etc. Cons Would love to be able to watch/view one complete video/workshop on building the website & foundation of the system. Essentially, one video shows step-by-step how to set everything up, rather than trying to pin down separate videos for various topics. I have consistently called, emailed, and now through a review asked for something to be done. I get "Yeah, we can do that. I will get on it, but I am busy right now. I will follow up later in the day or next day with you". As you can tell by this review that doesn't happen. I hate writing negative reviews, but over the course of 3 months I have still not gotten a call back. I have been the one to initiate the follow up. I can only hope that the ownership values their reviews. This product will not save you time, money, or increase your business because you are the one that has to do all the follow up work. Pros Hard to find a Pro about a product you use and you cringe sending a contract to a client Cons If I had to pick a least it would be the product that goes to the client. A close second would be the lack of follow up and actually the company doing what they say they are going to do. It's also a good way to keep organized. Pros There's a good bit of support in helping to get it going. It's wonderful how it integrates with your website. Cons The staffing module is not user friendly. It would be nice if we could pick and choose which modules we need instead of paying for a large package with some modules we wouldn't use. Can't imagine living without it. It's only going to get better. Inflatable Office has been our single most important tool in helping to boost profits and increase our customer satisfaction to nearly 100%. That level of customer satisfaction seems impossible in this industry. Prior to IO, calling customers each Monday to apologize and find a way to "make it right", was standard practice. That hasn't been a thing for years now. It's nice to go through the weekends knowing we have 15 or more large events going on around town (plus 30 residential rentals) with no problems. Pros The built in features, and the ability to customize everything, has helped our company to get to a level where we're incredibly efficient and virtually error-free. This software makes all of our jobs easier and stress free. Sales and customer service can quickly and easily enter/modify orders, and have the confidence that everything will go smoothly down the line, knowing that customers will get what they are expecting. Warehouse, delivery, and event staff have all the information they need at their fingertips, so truck loading and events go off without a hitch. The delivery routing feature has made it easy to say "Yes!" to last minute add-ons, or change requests from our customers, increasing revenue and customer satisfaction. Scheduling employees is effortless, as they sign up for shifts themselves. Cons It can be intimidating for new users, and a lot of mistakes should be expected early on. I don't think the developers take enough time to understand the unique needs of each of their customers. The developers are quick to respond to requests for help customizing software for new customers, but I think they misfire often and leave their customers struggling with a setup that doesn't work as well as it could. Fortunately this is easily addressed by helpful users in the "Rental Pros" Facebook group they have created. New IO users should probably be directed to join this group immediately, and seek help there. Reason for choosing InflatableOffice Ability to customize. More enjoyable to visit the IO booth at IAAPA. Cons There are a few things we find a bit "clunky", but in no way deal breakers. What I think I love most is that even with the very few things we've found frustrating, we've felt heard and supported. Theres online support as well as an FB group that they are a part of.
