Very positive.

Pros

The ability to call leads at the click of a button has been great. We also have found great benefit in the recording of calls for rep training. Texting has also been very useful.

Cons

Can be a bit buggy sometimes, but the support team has been great in helping us figure out any issues.

It has been amazing so far! Very easy to use and connected well with our CRM. Huge time saver.

Pros

\- Super easy to learn and use - Saves time dialing a number and human error - Eliminates headaches from squinting at my computer screen to get a phone number dialed correctly

Cons

When the dial is up, below where you type in the number is the name of the previous person you called. At first I was confused on who I was calling.

very easy to use. you can also set up your voicemail and leave recorded voice messages .this is best program i have ever used.

Cons

sometimes there are call drops or what not and when i dial and ext you have to except it before it dials the ext.

Kixie works great with my CRM click the icon and it dials and records my conversations to the CRM. And I can also text and have templates set up to text.

Pros

Kixie's dialer integration is simple, easy-to-use, and intuitive. We use it to connect to our CRM, HubSpot. Call recordings get attached right to the record. Amazing!!

Cons

Can't think of anything - it's really great, simple software.

Very excited about this company and can see the value with how much money it can save our company.

Pros

It's helps you power through calls and tasks quickly and with ease. It integrates well into our CRM Allows you to track your teams calls, SMS's, productivity, and overall progress. I love that I can jump in on a call and help a team member out. If my line is busy people can leave a VM or SMS and it pops right up!

Cons

it takes a little bit to get all your templates set up, but once you are done... it makes life so easy. At this time there is no email template through kixie but it goes straight into your CRM.

Reason for choosing Kixie PowerCall

Pros

Kixie support has been great. It has helped me eliminate other softwares and just use Kixie for calls, automation and keeping track of customers. Its pretty much plug and play but during the onboarding call is where kixie won me over. Thanks to \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\].. Youre the Mann for opening up my eyes to more possibilities with this software. Thanks!

campaign email / txt automation. All new leads from fb are entered as a deal vs a lead. Quarterly billing vs m2m

It saves me time by organizing my warm calls, letting me click to dial, dropping voicemails and updating my CRM from the app . Great tool!

Pros

I love this tool because it saves time with my warm calls. I click to dial and can drop voicemails- which saves me 2 minutes per voicemail. It is Easy to use. And I've found Great folks in support who quickly solve any problems.

Cons

I would love for the tool to dial each number on its own, or even sync in with my CRM and dial the numbers in my cue. But right now I don't have any issues with the dialer. It has met my expectations and more.

Kixie really is the powerhouse for all calling needs. We've been very glad to have this service. It's amazing how much it speeds up the process of reaching out to customers.

Pros

We can dial our customers at the click of a button. Kixie also syncs nicely with our Zoho CRM so we can have all conversations recorded under each customer. The text feature is also wonderful and effective with reaching customers and receiving Google Review feedback from them.

Cons

I had a hard time starting/learning to use the software. I also didn't like at first the fact that I felt like I had to have a UBS headset and be glued to my desk.

Pros

Ease of use. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] had our team set up within a half hour. It integrates perfectly with Hubspot, and with its ability to handle forwarding to our cell phones, we aren't tied to our desks.

Cons

I wish we could connect SMS to our phones as well, but I understand this is much more complex than call forwarding. Not a con so much as a hope for the future service!

Not matter what, Alex or Jeff got back to me on questions and should I have an issue. Typically it was user error, not KIXIE. Always professional, courtesy was at the top of their list, and of course it inly took 1 phone call to make things easier.

Pros

I like that i can click and dial quickly and SMS option has helped greatly to receive responses asap.

Cons

a bit of delay when leaving messaging then clicking 1 or # to submit but not big deal

Cloud talk just didn't gel right and calling out was difficult at times and there were calls that dropped or didn't even come in at times.
