I think it’s on the right track with the different tabs and the forms but still room to grow! Pros I like the daily updates for bottles and diapers. It’s nice to see when they start and end the naps! Cons The interface is very clunky. The messaging back and forth is strange because sometimes we get messages on one tab and sometimes on the other. The intake form could be better as well or on its own tab entirely. Maybe this is daycare specific but the pictures they send are terrible. I’m guessing they have to use the iPads there to take the photos but they are grainy and blurry every time. Half of the staff doesn’t send them in the correct tab also so then we can’t even “heart” them to add them to the photo tab. For how far tech has come the app looks like a beginners coding app with a pretty basic looking interface. It gives a quick snapshot of how the day went without having to ask staff for every detail. Cons The interface feels a bit dated and could be more intuitive in some areas. Moving between sections can take more taps than expected, and the app can occasionally feel slow. Aside from documenting naps, potties, and meals, I can also document curriculum in which the children participate. Cons The interface is a little confusing to navigate at first.
