### "After 3 years from Management perspective "

Overall, I have used MyKidzDay for 3 years for summer camp management. I love how easy it is to contact the service app and assistance. I also like that the layout is user friendly. I wish that the director profile was accessible within the app. It is frustrating that I have to manage the Director page only on webpage. Also, parents sometimes complain about the barcode not working with androids. Older phone models have issues with the app.

Pros

I love the communicate factor. It is very easy for the staff members to see who has messaged and when.

Cons

I do not like that the parents are unable to customize their own information. It would be very helpful if parent could update contact information, pick up authorization list and contact pictures.

My experience with myKidzDay has been very positive. The app is easy to use, practical, and it strengthened communication between the family and the school. I felt that it gave me a clear and consistent view of my child’s progress and well-being.

Pros

What I liked most about myKidzDay was how easy it was to stay informed about my child’s day. Receiving updates, photos, and direct messages from the staff gave me peace of mind and helped me feel more connected to their development.

Cons

Overall, I have no complaints. Maybe I would have liked to receive certain notifications a bit faster, but aside from that, the experience was excellent.

Easy to use and the customer service team is outstanding. We appreciate how quick they respond to messages.

Pros

We like the ease of messaging families directly. We also love using the app for attendance and tracking.

Cons

We wish there was font options in messaging. We frequently send reminders about upcoming events and important dates. Being able to bold or underline or highlight would be a huge improvement for us!

Pros

When I first learned about myKidzDay, it was so easy to use. I enjoyed the staff management. Being able to manage the attendance in a timely manner. Being about to manage the classrooms with ease was a definite plus. When I was a parent I loved being able to communicate with the teachers through the app. It was so easy to let the staff know about absences or tardiness. It's also easy to explain to new parents how to use.

Cons

There was really nothing that I liked least about myKidzday. I can not find anything wrong with myKidzday.

Pros

As a parent and teacher, myKidzDay has been amazing. Communicating with families has been a breeze, and I love how easily parents can access their children's activities throughout the day. I feel that families feel more connected to us now that they can message our staff. Whether they have a question about their child's schedule or they're just checking in, parents seem to feel more at ease!

Pros

I love how easy it is to document each child's day. Aside from documenting naps, potties, and meals, I can also document curriculum in which the children participate.

Cons

The interface is a little confusing to navigate at first. It took me a couple months to access everything with ease.

My overall experience has been good. I have not had any problems using the system. When I have a question, the answer comes back within a reasonable time frame.

Pros

It is easy to use, and it helps with completing data daily. It is easy for the staff to take attendance.

Cons

I have not found anything that I like least about it. The Data does not have anything that I can say I disliked about it.

I use this tool daily as it allows me to enter the children and parent into the system for the staff to review,

Pros

I have had a great experience with MyKidzDay. It allows me to see if the education staff is checking the children in daily. It also let me see if a child still remains in the building and to follow up with the staff if a child remains at the end of the day or if we need to reach out to a parent.

Cons

Cons: that the system does not have it by class or ABC order. It does have the parent name set up that way however larger sites would prefer it by classroom or the children's name in ABC order not the parent. Caseworkers should have able to enter this information in your system not just the managers.

Overall, it has been an excellent experience with the myKidzDay app. Anytime we have any questions or concerns they were always there to help us out with whatever it was.

Pros

I like when we converted bills on there and the families have to pay through the app. It is much easier because the app does the math, I just put in the rates and discounts.

Cons

I dislike that we can't email back from our work email straight to the parent when they message us through the app to center info. Also, that you can't reply back to a regular message either without going to message and starting a new one.

I love that app is very user friendly. The app is great to send daycare notices to parents and to keep paperless record.

Pros

It is very user-friendly app even for staff that are not computer savvy. The ability to communicate children's information to parents, whether its with single parent, multiple or all parents at the same time. I also, like you are able to send pictures and records of the children to their parents

Cons

The log in, sometimes does not let me log in, once or twice i had to call so it could get fixed. Note: I did not lock myself out

I love the app, it’s easy to use and affordable! Out of each app that I have used working for other centers, I can honestly say that Mykidzday is amazing

Pros

Customer service is always great, staff and parents love how easy navigating the app is! Communication with parents is easy and simple. I never have any bug or issues with the app that need to be resolved.

Cons

The ability to only post 4-5 pictures under each category, but most times we use different categories to post remaining pictures from the same activity!

Overall there hasn't been any bugs that impacts our daily use of this app! From tracking staff hours, and kids attendance to communicating with parents, overall it has been a positive experience!

Pros

Using the MyKidzDay app has made communication between staff and parents so incredibly easy! Parents don't need to contact the coordinator on their personal number and the staff don't feel out of the loop on information!

Cons

Parents have said they receive notifications about messages later than when they are sent, however that could solely be based on their service at the time of the notification!

Sign in and out easy, although sometimes a little slow. Love the summary/notes that the staff provides and especially the pictures.

Pros

ease of communication with staff and summary of my child's activities. love the memory feature and ability to keep track of what's going on while im not with my child

Cons

format and function a little antiquated. The app itself can use design update and the features are a little clunky, but overall it gets the job done.

Seeing other daycare apps I think there is definitely room to grow. I think it’s on the right track with the different tabs and the forms but still room to grow!

Pros

I like the daily updates for bottles and diapers. It’s nice to see when they start and end the naps!

Cons

The interface is very clunky. The messaging back and forth is strange because sometimes we get messages on one tab and sometimes on the other. The intake form could be better as well or on its own tab entirely. Maybe this is daycare specific but the pictures they send are terrible. I’m guessing they have to use the iPads there to take the photos but they are grainy and blurry every time. Half of the staff doesn’t send them in the correct tab also so then we can’t even “heart” them to add them to the photo tab. For how far tech has come the app looks like a beginners coding app with a pretty basic looking interface.

The price is right for an easy child management app. Parents love the ease of opening an app to see all the information about their childs day.

Pros

Customer support is fast and helpful. Easy to communicate with all the parents right at once. Very little issues while using the app. Very user friendly.

Cons

The parents are not able to open the app and see what their running total payment is. I have to resend an invoice everytime.

It’s an easy to navigate app that is great for staff and parents. Easy sign in/out, parent messaging and daily notes—-all in one place!

Pros

I really like the incident report feature and that it is sent to the director for approval before the parents!

Cons

The difference between parent chat and when you send to parents. Parents can’t respond to the “To parents” tab and I wish they could.

Signing up for myKidzday was a breeze. Staff was very friendly and welcoming in all their communications. After watching the tutorial videos provided, everything was easy to use. Since then, i’ve had zero issues using myKidzday.

Pros

The price for the usage is incredible. It has everything I need from budgeting, taxes, parent communication, lesson planning, and attendance with helpful videos to learn how to use each feature. myKidzday has amazing customer support with helpful, kind, and timely responses.

Cons

I wish there was an app for admin for home childcare providers who are on the move instead of at a desk!
