The team at Ecobook have been hugely supportive and responsive to queries. From initial conversations to ongoing support the team have been great

Pros

Ecobook provided us with the solution we needed to book facilities across our 23 buildings in a cost effective way.

Cons

There's not much to dislike, its simple to use and effective. Reporting is a little clunky currently but there is an upadte about to be deployed which should resolve this

Pros

ecobook is a powerful software to manage all our facilities related activities. There are various booking methods that can be used to cater to individual booking preferences. We like the integrated resource and equipment booking capability all in one place and the ease of use. This makes it better to coordinate events with rooms and resources. The team is very prompt in their support and assistance. Overall we are very happy with the system and its functionality.

Cons

The resource management user interface needs more fine-tuning to integrate better with the room bookings.

Fantastic, the product has all the features of Resource Booking. With Ecobook now we have, Room Booking, hotdesk Booking and Devices Booking.

Pros

Friendly user interface, fast support and response, constant product update. Professional looks with visible indicator.

Cons

No 3D imaging, no voice command, choice of google meets or teams or zoom inside and outside the room.

Very stable and very satisfied of its performance. We appreciated the overall support that ecobook support has provided to us promptly. It's a reliable solution for my company

We like ecobook because it is cost-effective and provides good value for money while our management of office resources. The platform is easy to use and helps streamline the booking processes, reducing manual effort and improving efficiency. Its features are practical and sufficient for day-to-day operations, allowing our team to manage records more accurately and consistently. Overall, ecobook supports better cost control and operational efficiency, making it a reliable solution for my company.

Cons

There is nothing significant that we like least about ecobook. Having used the platform for more than two years, it has proven to be stable and dependable, and any minor limitations encountered have not impacted our overall usage or satisfaction.

Extremely impressed and grateful. Right from the start, the Facilities Booking team have been wonderful. Generous with their time in showing myself and other users how to use the product, going out of their way to help me problem solve and being open to new features.

Pros

As a librarian, overseeing a multi-purpose, flexible, multi-roomed space every day for hundreds of users, I have been looking for a room booking management solution for a very long time. Facilities Booking does everything I need it to do and more. From booking spaces and then adding resources to displaying rooms in a visual layout, allocating users different permissions and roles, advanced bookings for regular sessions and real-time data, my team and I can manage the bookings of spaces without the conflict that ensues otherwise.

Cons

Nothing. This product does everything I need it to and more. I am aware that the costs might be prohibitive but I am happy to pay for such a premium product.

Reasons for choosing ecobook

Facilities Booking offered me more features, more flexibility, layout booking, resources booking and a much better user experience due to the platform design.
