NG IS easy to use, lots of features to start with and then can build upon that, having everyday needs met, into fab features for marketing and compliance. Can buy what I needed, the choice available so I could select the package I required. This fitted in with what I wanted to achieve, in office and nursery rooms. The software is easy, colourful and user friendly. The customer services team are the best we have ever come across, they are accessible with in minutes and provide on the spot support. We would not use anything else, our staff love it, our service users love it and as company Directors we think it is AWESOME!!!!! Pros The software is easy, colourful and user friendly. James and Charlotte on the help desk are the best support ever. Cons Like all software there are occasional glitches, NG find and solve these very quickly.
