It's free with no limitations. The planning engine is incredible Cons Not too easy to use it the right way. Get help from the forum and from a specialist if you can to get the most of the tool. We use it for daily work without problems. Pros It's stable, safe, it has many functionalities we need. Price of course - we will donate it. Possibility to install into own environment. Open sources. Cons Little bit longer to learn how to use it, test case functionality deserves to be improved. Every aspect of Project Management is captured. My IT Head was looking into Project Portfolio Management and this product had it out-of-the-box. That was the USP of this software winning the deal. Even CR and defects can be tracked, also Sponsors / End Users can also track the progress of the project. We evaluated many other like MSP, Symphony, Redmine and ProjeQtor was in due to its openness and offering almost all the features. We would also love if Mobile App is available. Pros: - + Complete Value for Money with max ROI. + Ease of use with superb custom menus and rights based. + LDAP/MS AD Integration was the coolest as one no need to remember many passwords. + Project Planning + Extensive Reporting. + Document Management feature the coolest (all the project artifacts like FSD, BRD, SRS, Sign-Off mails, User Manual etc..) + PO and Invoice Capture with basic budgeting. + Resource management + Perimeter Management ( believe me it comes very handy unknowingly) + Risks management (left unexplored) + Commitments management (left unexplored) + Open-Source Cons - - Project performance report like BAC and Critical path finder is not there. - Support in India can be strengthened. - Not very Responsive Web Design. Can have a Mobile UI or preferably a mobile APP support. That's too much to ask for community product. One of the ISVs helped us in implementing this. Its a very stable product. I'm looking forward to using the API for custom purposes Pros It's very nice that the product supports meetings and tickets overall the common entities that are involved in project planning, even portfolios. Cons Installation was a little bumpy, I tried the (unsupported) Docker image, so that was my own choice. Learned a lot about Docker though. November 17, 2017 4.0 Pros It has the all the features thats needed to manage projects. Regulary updates means that the software team also has a vision to get the program spread and live long. Malgré un accueil au début de la conduite du changement plus ou moins frileux, l'ensemble de l'équipe a adopté le produit en moins d'un mois. Aujourd'hui personne n'imagine revenir en arrière, aucun process n'est plus long, aucune fonctionalité n'a été perdue. En revanche nous avons maintenant un véritable outil de planification, gestion et suivi de projet, sans pour autant avoir perdu la partie ticketing. Pros La couverture fonctionelle est immense, sans pour autant que l'ergonomie soit trop complexe. Le produit est aisément paramétrable pour retirer des fonctionalités qui ne nous intéressent pas. La réactivité du support (forum) est aussi exemplaire : tous les bugs que nous avons pu rencontrer ont toujours été corrigés en quelques jours, et certaines fonctionalités demandées ont tout simplement été développées gratuitement dès la version suivante. Cons Malgré une bonne ergonomie, quelques éléments de l'interface sont parfois un peu déroutants, ou pour bénéficier d'un élément d'ergonomie, on doit en perdre un autre. Ceci ne concerne vraiment que des petits points d'IHM, en aucun cas les fonctionalités du produit elles-mêmes. Chaque chef de projet utilisait des versions gratuites de divers outils, ou nous utilisions les outils mis à disposition par nos clients, mais ces autres outils étaient soit payants, soit en éditions "personnelles" sans aucun partage entre les projets. Nous l'utilisons pour le suivi de projet et planning, la gestion des tickets, la gestion des risques, et le suivi des temps, ainsi que toute la gestion documentaire associée aux livrables. Nous n'utilisons pas encore pleinement le volet financier mais il est en test chez nous. Pros L'orientation qualité projet, pratique au quotidien, et très appréciée des auditeurs ISO. L'amélioration constante avec de nouvelles versions régulièrement, et ce gratuitement. Le logiciel Opensource avec accès à la BDD pour des extractions de données simples. La réactivité de l'équipe de développement lors des requêtes sur le forum. Cons L'ergonomie reste améliorable (même s'il y a du mieux depuis quelques années) Le logiciel, très complet, reste un peu difficile d'accès pour les nouveaux utilisateurs Le système de calcul de planning nécessite une bonne connaissance du fonctionnement du logiciel ainsi qu'une bonne configuration et un bon suivi des informations pour fonctionner correctement. Pros ne prend pas a la légère la complexité de la gestion de projets et prend en considération tous les cas de figures. une quantité impressionnante de fonctionnalités qui dépassent sans doute la capacité d'un chef de projet, et l'usage et les interactions sont sans doute mals identifiés par les utilisateurs.
